Before using your product, we strongly encourage you to fully read through

QUICK START GUIDE

Take your earbuds out of the capsule. Both earbuds will connect to each other automatically.

From the source device go to Bluetooth setting and ensure Bluetooth is on. Search for “The Work Earbuds” and select it to pair.

FUNCTIONS
Left Earbuds
Right Earbud
Control audio and other functions by tapping the logo on the earbud.
Tap R to Volume Up
Tap L to Volume Down
Tap L/R 2 Times to Play/Pause
Tap R 3 Times to Next Song
Tap L 3 Times to Previouse Song
Tap L/R 4 times for Voice Assistant.
Hold L for 1.5 Secs to activate Equalizer Mode
Hold R for 1.5 secs to toggle Awarness & ANC Mode
Place earbus in capsule, and take earbuds out to Power On.
Hold L/R for 10 seconds to Power Off. You can also place the earbuds backe in the capsule.
SOUND PROFILES
We designed sound profiles so you can toogle between three different types of sound. As these unique sound profiles were craftedby artists and producers at the top of the industory, you’re in good hands.
PURE SOUND Our most refined sound, perfect for hearing every single note.
BALANCED SOUND a Leveled sound that is great for all around performance and clarity.
BASS SOUND Our bass boosted sound, great fro songs with strong beats and a go-to for bass lovers.
Hold L of 1.5 secs to activate Equlizer Mode to toggle between sound profiels.
AWARNESS & ANC MODE
AWARNESS MODE
Hear what’s happening around you.
ANC MODE
Focus and block out unwanted outside noise.
Hold R for 1.5 secs to activate Awareness & ANC Mode and toggle between modes
SMART DETECTION
Built-in sensors will pause the music / video automatically if one earbud is removed. The auto play function will kick in once you put the earbuds back in your ear and the music/video will start to play again.
CHARGING YOUR DEVICE
Charging Earbuds: The earbuds will charge automatically when placed in the case. The battery indicator lights will flash once when the earbuds are placed back into the case.
Capsule Fully Charged: Once fully charged, the battery indicator lights
will be lit continuously.
Call/Play time: about 8 hours
Total battery life: 32 hours
A fully charged capsule can completely recharge the earbuds up to 3 times
before needing to recharge the capsule
Wireless Charging: Simply place the case on any Qi-compatible charging
Mat
BATTERY STATUS INDICATOR – After closing the lid of the charging case,
the battery status indicator lights will display the remaining battery life.
LOW-BATTERY WARNING – When your battery power is running low, there will
be a voice prompt “low battery” and 30 minutes playtime left before the
earbuds turn off automatically.
THE PERFECT FIT
Insert the earbuds int you ear.
Rotate theearbuds slightly forward.
The perfect fit should look like this.
GEL TIPS
Customize your fit. Please select the right size giel tip for your ear size.
FOAM FIT TIPS
Memory foam tips that conform to your ear canal, providing a secure fit and maximum sound isolation.
FACTORY RESET
FACTORY RESET
First, delete the ” The Work Earbuds” from the Bluetooth settings on your
device.
Press and hold the “Raycon” reset button for 5 seconds while earbuds reman inside the case, until the 4 battery status indicator lights flash at the same time (Make sure that the charging case has enough power). Close the chareging case, the reset is now successfully completed.
Follow the insturctions in section 1 ” First time Pairing” to reconnect the earbuds to your device.
SAFETY GUIDLINES
Pleas follow the safety gudlines below at all times when operating or caring for your device.
- Be wary of any edges, uneven surfaces, and metal parts, including on accessories and product packaging, to prevent any possible injury or damage.
- Listen to music at a proper volume to avoid hurting your hearing and the earbuds.
- Do not storage in high temperatures, such as in a hot vehicle or in direct sunlight.
- Do not expose the earbuds or any of its supplied parts to rain or other liquids.
- Do not drop or cause undue impact to the earbuds.
- Do not modify, repair, or dismantle the product on your own.
- Do not use any diluant or volatile liquid to clean the product
- Do not use the product in a hazardous location.
- Please keep your gel tips and sensor contacts clean so that they don’t intefere with your appreciation of the music.
