Use

Push button
Open the back of the push button using a screwdriver (1). Push the bracket downwards to separate it from the push button (2).
Remove the plastic separator from the battery compartment on the back of the push button. To replace a depleted battery, open the battery compartment and insert 1x CR2032 battery, mind the polarity. Close the battery compartment.

Note! It’s important that the new battery does not touch the top of the battery compartment during installation as this can short circuit the push button.

Chime

  1. Open the battery compartment on the back of the chime.
Insert the batteries (3x AA-batteries, not incl.) into the chime mind the polarity.

  2. The chime emits a sound to indicate it’s ready for pairing.

  3. Press the push button within 2 minutes of installing the bat-teries into the chime to pair the units together. The chime emits a sound to confirm the pairing was successful.

To pair multiple chimes to the same button, repeat the steps above.
To pair multiple buttons to the same chime, remove the batteries from the chime each time you pair a new button. If the chime does not emit a sound during stage 2, press any button on the chime when the batteries are disconnected to remove any residual battery power, wait a short moment, and attempt to pair again.
Note! A chime can be paired to multiple push buttons, as each chime supports up to 8 memory slots. If an additional push button is paired after this, the earliest paired button is automatically disconnected.
A push button can control up to 50 chimes total.
The chime emits a sound to indicate when the battery power is low. The chime does not need to be re-paired again after replacing the batteries.

Mounting the push button bracket

Troubleshooting

I’m having trouble pairing the chime to the push button.
Make sure the push button and chime has enough battery power.
Make sure the push button and chime are not too far apart (up to 100 m) and have no obstacles in the signal path. Place the chime close to the push button and try again.
Avoid installing the push button on a metal door frame.
Re-initiate the pairing procedure, make sure to follow the instructions in the same order they are described in the manual. Make sure to follow the notes for battery insertion to avoid damaging and short circuiting the push button.

Safety information

The chime is intended for use in temperatures from 0-35 °C and not for outdoor use. Only for use in dry areas. The push button can be mounted outdoors, but we recommend you to mount it in a place where it’s shielded from wind and rain.
Do not open or modify the devices in any way, this should only be carried out by a qualified technician .
The range of 100 meters can vary due to concrete walls, electrical or electro- magnetic sources that can interfere with the signal.
Keep the batteries away and out of reach from children. A swallowed battery can result in severe injuries and a deadly outcome. Immediately consult a doctor if you suspect that a battery has been swallowed or entered the body inany other way.
