Troubleshooting
- I’m having trouble pairing the chime to the push button.
- Make sure the push button has enough kinetic energy by pressing it in quick succession multiple times to charge it. Make sure the chime is connected to a working 230 V wall outlet.
- Make sure the push button and chime are not too far apart (up to 100 m) and have no obstacles in the signal path. Place the chime close to the push button and try again.
- Avoid installing the push button on a metal door frame.
- Re-initiate the pairing procedure, and make sure to follow the instructions in the same order they are described in the manual.
Safety information
- The chime is intended for use in temperatures from 0-35 °C and not for outdoor use. Only for use in dry areas. The push button can be mounted outdoors, but we recommend you mount it in a place where it’s shielded from wind and rain.
- Do not open or modify the devices in any way, this should only be carried out by a qualified technician.
- The range of 100 meters can vary due to concrete walls, and electrical or electro-magnetic sources that can interfere with the signal.
- If the push button doesn’t react when you press it, press it multiple times to charge it using kinetic energy.
