PRACTICES TO AVOID

1. This product must be used or stored at the specified temperature.
2. Avoid using or storing in places with high humidity, microwaves, etc.
3. Do not place the battery in a heat source or under direct sunlight as the temperature rise may shorten the product’s lifespan.
4. Use a manufacturer-approved charging device and charging program. Improper charging can cause power damage.
5. Avoid using appliances or loads that exceed the output current of this product (the circuit will protect and there will be no output)
6. Avoid strong physical impact, including hitting, throwing, stepping, squeezing, etc.
7. Do not throw the power source into the fire.
8. Non-professionals are strictly prohibited from disassembling this product.
9. Please use it along with the charger supporting the version at QC3.0 or PDZOW or above.
10. Please use it with phones such as Magsafe phone case or iPhone 12 or above.
11. If there is an iron sheet, finger ring buckle, or credit card on the back of the phone or phone case, it will trigger foreign object detection and interrupt charging.
12. Watching videos or listening to concerts with your mobile phone in the charging process will affect the wireless charging speed. While applications such as players are used, power consumption may be higher than the wireless charging speed.
13. In the Wireless charging process, slight heating is a normal case. If you encounter severe heating, please contact our customer service email.
