- Please use it with phones such as Magsafe phone case or iPhone 12 or above.
- Metal accessories (iron sheets and finger ring buckles) or credits cards will interfere with charging. The housing containing metal will trigger foreign object testing, and discontinue charging
- Watching videos or listening to concerts with your mobile phone in the charging process will obviously affect the charging speed. While applications such as player are used, power consumption may be higher than the charging speed.
- In the charging process, slight heating is a normal case. If you encounter severe heating, please contact our customer service email.
