SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Read all warnings posted on the equipment.
- Read this Owner’s Manual and follow it carefully before using the equipment.
- We recommend that two people be available for assembly of this product.
- Make sure it is correctly assembled before start using it.
- Keep children and pets away from the equipment. Do not allow children and pets to use or play on the equipment.
- Place the equipment in a dry area away from humid, saline or corrosive environments.
- Set up and operate the equipment on a solid level surface. Do not position the equipment on loose rugs or uneven surfaces.
- Inspect the equipment for worn or loose components prior to each use.
- Replace any loose or worn components prior to using the equipment and/or or keep the equipment out of service until it has been completely repaired.
- Do not wear loose or dangling clothing while using the equipment.
- Never exercise in bare feet or socks; always wear correct footwear, such as running, walking, or cross-training shoes.
- Be careful to maintain your balance while using, mounting, dismounting, or assembling the equipment loss of balance may result in a fall and serious bodily injury.
- Keep both feet firmly and securely on the foot pedals or on the band (in case of treadmills) while exercising.
- User need to put the feet completely inside the pedal (in case of bikes), and to adjust the resistance of magnet control according to user’s physical condition.
- In case of bikes, since the machine has a flywheel, when the user stop before high speed, the user should minimize the resistance and lower the speed, to avoid hurt the user’s leg by the moment of inertia of left and right pedal.
- The equipment should not be used by persons weighing over 130 kg.
- The equipment should be used by only one person at a time.
- The equipment is for professional use.
- Make sure that adequate space is available for access to and passage around the equipment; keep at least a distance of 1 meter from any obstruction object while using the machine.
- Do the maintenance of the equipment indicated in this manual.
ATTENTION : Before starting any exercise or conditioning program you should consult with your personal physician to see if you require a complete physical exam. If, at any time during exercise, you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain, stop and consult your physician. Follow your physician’s recommendations in developing your own personal fitness program. Always choose the workout which best fits your physical strength and flexibility level. Know your limits and train within them. Always use common sense when exercising.
ASSEMBLY PARTS
ASSEMBLY STEPS
Step 1-Assemble the Foot Tube
A. According to the image shows below, fix the front base (3) and rear base
(2) to main frame (1) respectively with washer Φ20Φ10.11.5 (64) and inner
hexagon flat round screw M1065L (65) from the top.
B. Then fasten them with washer Φ20Φ10.1*1.5 (64) and nylon nut (54) by tool
D from the bottom.
Step 2-Assemble Left and Right Pedal
Screw the left pedal (60) and right pedal (27) to the crank by hand for about
3 turns. Then fix them with tool A #15 in the tool kit. ( Notice: The
tighten directions of left and right pedals are both towards the direction of
the flywheel. )
Warning:
- Ensure that the pedal thread is perpendicular to the crank thread during installation. If there’s stuck during screw, re-aligned, do not tighten it forcefully to avoid damage to the thread.
- Maintain regularly every month, tighten the pedal thread.
Step 3-Assemble the Seat Post
A. Remove the inner hexagon column screw(21) from the seat post(4) by tool E.
Insert the rear inner pipe cover(95) to the seat post(4) from the bottom. Then
tighten the inner hexagon column screw(21).
B. Loosen the L-shape handle(38),put the seat post(4)into the frame. Adjust
the seat post to the “Stop”position. Then re-tighten the L-shape handle(38).
C. Tighten the rear inner pipe cover(95) to the frame with inner hexagon
column screw(97) & Tool E,hexagon socket countersunk head screw(98) & Tool F.
Step 4-Assemble the Handlebar Support
Invert handlebar post (5) and handlebar support (7), put the handlebar support
(7) into the handlebar post (5), and then lock it with inner hexagon column
screw M5*12(22) by Tool E.
Step 5-Assemble the Handlebar Post
A. Remove the inner hexagon column screw(21) from the handlebar post(5) by
Tool E. Insert the handlebar post(5) into the front inner pipe cover(84). Then
tighten the inner hexagon column screw(21).
B. Loosen the L-shape handle(38),put the handlebar post(5)in to the frame.
Adjust the handlebar post to the “Stop”position. Then re-tighten the L-shape
handle(38).
C.Tighten the front inner pipe cover (84 )to the frame with inner hexagon
column screw(97) & Tool E and hexagon socket countersunk head screw(98)&Tool
F.
Step 6-Assemble the Computer
A.Fix the computer holder(102) to the handlebar support with cross umbrella
head screw (104) by Tool C. Fix the computer(101) to the computer holder(102)
with the computer self-bring screw on the back of the computer(101).
Step 7-Assemble the Seat
Put the seat(93) into seat support(6),use the Tool A to fasten the seat.
Notice:
- Tighten both sides of the seat synchronously.
- Adjust the seat angle for comfortable experience.
Step 8-Assembly complete. Check all mounted screws and ensure that they are tightened.
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
Intensity adjustment : use the knob to adjust the Intensity of the workout.

About Display
How to Check Total Distance and Total Time?
- In initial mode, press and hold “Setting” button and “mode” button for 3 seconds to enter ODO display.
- It will show total distance and total time.
- Press” Start/Stop” button can clear data.
- Press and hold “Setting” button and “mode” button for 3 seconds to return to initial mode or it will automatically enter initial mode after 30s without any operation.
How to Adapt Resistance Level to match the bike? (How to Enter the Resistance
Position Adjustment (VR) Engineering Mode)
Every console has been adapted to the bike one to one before leaving the
factory. So you only need to do this adaption if you replace a new console for
you old bike.
- In the initial mode, press and hold “Setting” and “Start/Stop” button at the same time for 3s,release the button when you hear “DIDI” 2 times, and then press and hold the “MODE” button for 4 seconds to enter the VR engineering mode.
- First, it will show ”L” on the display. At this time, turn the brake knob to the minimum resistance position and press “Start/Stop” button to confirm.
- Then the display will show “H”. At this time, turn the brake knob to the maximum resistance position and press “Start/Stop” button to confirm.
- Then it will automatically return to normal mode.
Note: “L” must correspond to the side where the value is displayed smaller, and “H” must correspond to the side where the value is displayed larger. Otherwise, the gear display will not be normal.
App and Bluetooth(Optional)
- This product supports Bluetooth heart rate chest strap, please wear the chest strap correctly.
- This product supports FITSHOW, KINOMA, and ZWIFT APP.
How to change batteries?
- When the battery icon flashes, it means the battery is about to run out, please replace the battery in time.
- Push up to remove the battery cover.
- Replace the 4×AA Battery as image shows
- Put the battery cover back
Note: It’s suggested to remove the battery to avoid battery depletion and liquid leakage and damage to the console if the product is not used for a long time.

MAINTENANCE
- Dry and clean those areas exposed to perspiration. It is recommended to use towels in order to avoid the sweat falling to the equipment.
- Dust and dirt may be the cause of functioning problems in the gears and the internal bearings. It is recommended keeping the equipment casing and its different elements clean.
- Inspect weekly that all the screws are tight, especially the screws on pedals, cranks and axle. If you find defective parts, call the technical service. Don’t exercise until they are repaired well.
- Check the seat slider, seat post, pedal and handlebar regularly to make sure they’re firm and safe.
- Check the main moving parts regularly including seat support, pedal, handlebar, base lever, belt wheel, belt, tension wheel, crank thread.
- Add lubricant to the moving parts per month as routine maintenance.

The symbol with which is marked this unit (waste bin with wheels) indicates that it cannot be thrown for any reason to the domestic waste. When disposing of the product should be taken to a proper recycling point.
If properly dispose of the product may be reused and recycled, and it will help to conserve natural resources, preserve the environment and significally reduce the potential negative impact on our environment.
