Assembly Instructions

  1. Step 1: Install Front Base and Back Base. Fix Front Base (3) and Rear Base (2) to Main Frame (1) with Washer 2010.11.5 (64) and Inner Hexagon Flat Round Screw M10*25 (65). Fasten using Inner Hexagon tool.
  2. Step 2: Install Left Pedal and Right Pedal.
    Insert Left Pedal (60) and Right Pedal (27) to the Crank. Fix them to the Main Frame with Opening Wrench

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Read all warnings posted on the equipment.
  2. Read this Owner’s Manual and follow it carefully before using the equipment.
  3. We recommend that two people be available for assembly of this product.
  4. Make sure it is correctly assembled before start using it.
  5. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. Do not allow children and pets to use or play on the equipment.
  6. Place the equipment in a dry area away from humid, saline or corrosive environments.
  7. Set up and operate the equipment on a solid level surface. Do not position the equipment on loose rugs or uneven surfaces.
  8. Inspect the equipment for worn or loose components prior to each use.
  9. Replace any loose or worn components prior to using the equipment and/or or keep the equipment out of service until it has been completely repaired.
  10. Do not wear loose or dangling clothing while using the equipment.
  11. Never exercise in bare feet or socks; always wear correct footwear, such as running, walking, or cross-training shoes.
  12. Be careful to maintain your balance while using, mounting, dismounting, or assembling the equipment loss of balance may result in a fall and serious bodily injury.
  13. Keep both feet firmly and securely on the foot pedals or on the band (in case of treadmills) while exercising.
  14. User need to put the feet completely inside the pedal (in case of bikes), and to adjust the resistance of magnet control according to user’s physical condition.
  15. In case of bikes, since the machine has a flywheel, when the user stop before high speed, the user should minimize the resistance and lower the speed, to avoid hurt the user’s leg by the moment of inertia of left and right pedal.
  16. The equipment should not be used by persons weighing over 130 kg.
  17. The equipment should be used by only one person at a time.
  18. The equipment is for professional use.
  19. Make sure that adequate space is available for access to and passage around the equipment; keep at least a distance of 1 meter from any obstruction object while using the machine.
  20. Do the maintenance of the equipment indicated in this manual.

ATTENTION: Before starting any exercise or conditioning program you should consult with your personal physician to see if you require a complete physical exam. If, at any time during exercise, you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain, stop and consult your physician. Follow your physician’s recommendations in developing your own personal fitness program. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: Install Front Base and Back Base.
According to the following figure, fix the Front Base (3) and Rear Base (2) to Main Frame (1) respectively with Washer Φ20Φ10.11.5 (64) and Inner Hexagon Flat Round Screw M10*25 (65), and fasten them by Inner Hexagon tool. SALTER-M-041-Indoor-Cross- \(7\)

STEP 2: Install Left Pedal and Right Pedal.
Insert the Left Pedal (60) and Right Pedal (27) to the Crank, furthermore, fix them to the Main Frame with Opening Wrench. SALTER-M-041-Indoor-Cross-

STEP 3 :Assemble the Seat poste
Pull up the handle (38) and then put the seat post (4),and then pull the seat post(4)to the “stop” position. Lock it with Inner hexagon column screw (85), at last, plug the hole with a plastic plug (21).

STEP 4: Assemble the handlebar post.
Put the handlebar tube (7) into the handlebar post (5), and then lock it with inner hexagon column screw(22).

STEP 5: Assemble the Handlebar
Pull up the handle (38) and then put the handlebar post (5),and then pull the seat post(5) to the “stop” position, lock it with Inner hexagon column screw(85),at last, plug the hole with a plastic plug (21).

STEP 6 :Assemble the Seat.
Put the seat (93)into seat support(6), use the opening wrench to screw down the Hexagon Nut on the Seat to the clockwise direction.

STEP 7 :Assemble the Console and water bottle holder
Put the console (96) on handlebar (8), and then lock it with Cross Pan Screw (97).
Put the water bottle holder (94+95) on handlebar (8), and then lock it with Inner Hexagon Column Screw (85).

STEP 8 :Assemble the Front Sweat-proof Shield
Put the front sweat-proof shield (84) on frame, and then lock it with Philips Screws (98).

STEP 9: Assemble the Decoration Cover of Flywheel
Put the decoration cover of flywheel on frame (78). Lock it with Cross Pan Screw(64) and Washer(79).

STEP 10 : Installation completed.
After finishing installation, please inspect all the screws and nuts carefully to make sure all of them tightened.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Intensity adjustment: use the knob to adjust the intensity of the workout.

CONSOLE INSTRUCTIONS DISPLAY FUNCTION

ITEM DESCRIPTION
SCAN
  • In SCAN mode, press MODE/ENTER key to choose functions.
  • Automatically scan through each mode in sequence every 6 seconds.
  • The sequence of display when press MODE/ENTER key : TIME→ DIST→CAL→PULSE→RPM/SPEED

SPEED|

  • Range 0.0 ~ 99.9
  • Without any signal being transmitted into the monitor for 4 seconds during workout, SPEED will display “0.0”

RPM|

  • Range 0 ~ 999
  • Without any signal being transmitted into the monitor for 4 seconds during workout, RPM will display “0”

TIME|

  • Without setting the target value, time will count up.
  • When setting the target value, time will count down from your target time to 0 and alarm will sound or flash.
  • Without any signal being transmitted into the monitor for 4 seconds during workout, time will STOP
  • Range 0:00 ~ 99:59

DISTANCE|

  • Without setting the target value, distance will count up.
  • When setting the target value, distance will count down from your target distance to 0 with an alarm sound or flash.
  • Range 0.00~99.99

CALORIES|

  • Without setting the target value, calorie will count up.
  • When setting the target value, calories will count down from your target calorie to 0 with an alarm sound or flash.
  • Range 0~9999

PULSE|

  • Current pulse will display after 6 seconds when detected by the console.
  • Without any pulse signal for 6 seconds, console will display “P”.
  • Pulse alarm will sound when current pulse is over the target pulse.
  • Range 0-30~230 BPM

KEY FUNCTION:

ITEM DESCRIPTION
SET
  • Press SET key to increase value. Press and hold the key to increase value faster.
  • TIME setting range: 00:00~99:00 (Each increment is 1:00)
  • CAL setting range: 0~9990 (Each increment is 10)
  • DIST setting range: 0.00~99.50 (Each increment is 0.5)
  • PULSE setting range: 0-30~230 (Each increment is 1)

MODE/ENTER|

  • Choose each function by pressing MODE/ENTER key.
  • Press and hold MODE/ENTER key for 2 seconds to reset all functions (same feature as the reset key if press for 2 seconds).

RESET|

  • In setting mode, press RESET key once to reset the current function figures.
  • Press RESET key and hold for 2 seconds to reset all function figures.

RECOVERY| After the console detects pulse signal, press the RECOVERY key to enter recovery mode to monitor heart rate recovery ability.

OPERATION PROCEDURE

POWER ON
LCD will display all segments as Drawing 1. POWER OFF
Without any signal being transmitted into the monitor for 4 minutes the monitor will enter SLEEP mode.

Workout setting

  • Press MODE/ENTER key to select the function of TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES and PULSE. Use SET Key for setting and press MODE/ENTER key for confirmation.
  • For instance the time set-up, when the time value is blinking, you can use SET Key to adjust the number. Press MODE/ENTER key for confirmation and skip to next set-up. The set-up of DISTANCE, CALORIES and PULSE is the same as TIME set-up.
  • Once the workout begins and the console picks up the exercise signal, the value of SPEED/RPM, TIME, DST and CAL will count up on the display.

Recovery

  1. The RECOVERY key will only be valid if pulse is detected.

  2. TIME will show “0:60” (seconds) and counts down to 0.
    Computer will show F1 to F6 after the countdown to test heart rate recovery status. User can find the heart rate recovery level based on the chart below.

  3. Press RECOVERY key again to return to the beginning.

Trouble shooting

  • When the display of LCD is dim, it means the batteries need to be changed.
  • If there is no signal when you pedal, please check if the cable is well connected.

NOTE:

  1. When stop training for 4 minutes, the main screen will be off.
  2. If the computer displays abnormally, please re-install the batteries and try again.
  3.  The console will be shown by bluetooth as “iConsole” when searching through the APP with compatible connectivity.
  4. When connected to an APP, the information will be erased from the console screen and the data will appear in the APP.

MAINTENANCE

  • Dry and clean those areas exposed to perspiration. It is recommended to use towels in order to avoid the sweat falling to the equipment.
  • Dust and dirt may be the cause of functioning problems in the gears and the internal bearings. It is recommended keeping the equipment casing and its different elements clean.
  • Inspect weekly that all the screws are tight, especially the screws on pedals, cranks and axle. If you find defective parts, call the technical service. Don’t exercise until they are repaired well.
  • Pay more attention to easy damage parts. Please check the pedal before doing exercise.
  • Please adjust the Hexagon Nut by using the Opening Spanner if the Seat is loose.
  • If you need to move the bike, please grasp the Handlebar (8) at their very ends to make the Pulley (68) on the Front Base stand on the floor, then the bike could be moved easily.
