SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Read all warnings posted on the equipment.
  2. Read this Owner’s Manual and follow it carefully before using the equipment.
  3. We recommend that two people be available for assembly of this product.
  4. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. Do not allow children and pets to use or play on the equipment.
  5. Make sure it is correctly assembled before start using it.
  6. Place the equipment in a dry area away from humid, saline or corrosive environments.
  7. Set up and operate the equipment on a solid-level surface. Do not position the equipment on loose rugs or uneven surfaces.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  1. Turn on the power, place the stair machine on a flat surface, and check if the machine is normal.

  2. Clip the safety lock clip to the placket on the chest of the athlete.

  3. Before the exercise, check the stability and function of the stair machine. It is strictly forbidden to start the stair machine when no user is used. Stand on the second step and hold the handrail smoothly before running. When starting up, grab the handrail with one hand and press the “START” button with one hand. The stair machine will start for 5 seconds and run at 1 speed. According to the user’s needs, after the stair machine runs smoothly, you can adjust the speed gear of the stair machine by pressing the +/- button on the keypad!

  4. During the exercise, press the speed gear shortcut button to quickly enter the speed of the climb you need (the high-speed operation speed is faster, so please pay attention to increasing the gear position, and ensure that the speed gear is within the acceptable range, to avoid accidents.

  5. Press the “Stop” button at any time during the movement to stop the motor.

  6. Preset mode use
    Turn on the power, and turn on the power switch, after the display is normal, press the “Select” button to select one of the automatic operation modes as the current mode to be run, and press the “Start” button to start the stair machine, and the stair machine starts to run automatically according to the selection mode. In operation, you can change the running speed of the current time by pressing the “Speed” + “or “Speed” – “keys. Press the “Stop” button to stop the movement.

  7. Heart rate test: After the stair machine is powered on, hold the hand on the heartbeat metal sensor piece, and the heart rate display window will display the user’s heart rate value after a few seconds. (Note: This value is not used as medical data and can only be used as a sports reference.)

GROUNDING GUIDE
This product must be grounded. If the stair machine fails or is damaged, the ground wire can form a circuit with the lowest resistance, and the current is directed into the ground, thus reducing the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cable that has a conductor that grounds the unit and a grounding plug. This plug must be plugged into an outlet that meets local installation and grounding requirements. Danger! Improper connection of the equipment grounding conductor may result in electric shock. If you do not know if the equipment is properly grounded, consult a qualified electrician or service person. Please do not change the plug supplied with this product. If the plug does not match the outlet, have a qualified electrician install a suitable outlet.
This product is used on a 220-240 volt line and is equipped with a grounded outlet as shown in the illustration below.

MOVING THE CLIMBER
When moving the unit, you must determine:

  1. The power switch of the stair machine is turned off;
  2. The power plug has been removed from the power outlet;

After clearing the above points, grasp the end of the stair treadmill with both hands and lift the angle of 30-40 degrees upwards to push forward or pull the engine table backwards

  1. P0 is the user manual program, P1-P36 is the built-in automatic training program, 3 user-defined, FAT;

Digital tube window display instructions

  1. “SPEED” window: displays the value of the speed gear;
  2. “PULSE” window: displays the value of the heart rate;
  3. “TIME” “STEP” window: display the value of time and step number;
  4. “CALORIES” window: displays the calorie value;
  5. “STY HGT” window: displays the value of the vertical height of the climbing building;

Keyboard operation instructions

  1. “PROG”: program selection button, in the stop state, cycle selection program P1~P36, U01, U02, U03, FAT, HRC;
  2. “MODE”: When the manual mode is selected to be the normal mode, press the MODE button to cycle through the countdown mode in manual mode->countdown calorie mode->positive timing mode; countdown time in P01-P36 The default value (30 minutes) of the reset button;
  3. “START/STOP”: start/stop button, in the stop state, start the stair machine; in the running state, stop the stair machine;
  4. “+”: the speed gear step plus key, in the stop or fat test state, the set parameter is added to the key, in the running state, the speed gear is added with the key;
  5. “-“: speed gear decrement key, in the stop or fat test state, set the parameter decrement key, in the running state, the speed gear decrement key;

Safety key function description

  1. The safety key consists of copper inserts, clothes pegs and nylon cords, with safety protection for emergency stops. In any state, as long as the safety key is out of position, the stair machine stops running, the electronic watch keypad prohibits operation, and the screen displays “E-07” with a prompt tone. Each time the security key is placed the system returns to the default working state.

Safety use guide

  1. Insert the power cord plug into the 10A power socket with safety ground, turn on the power switch, so the console screen is fully displayed with a prompt tone, and then identify the security lock;
  2. Put the safety key on the position on the console, and put the clothespin on the clothes on the chest. After the screen is fully displayed for 2 seconds, it will enter the default working state: all the counters are cleared, the set value is reset, and the stair machine is in manual mode. In the positive timing mode of program P0;
  3. Press the “PROG” button to cycle through a program: P1~P36, U1, U2, U3, FAT, HRC;
  4. “P0” is the user-defined program. Press “MODE” to cycle through the training mode. The speed position of the training is set by the user. The default value is speed gear position 1.0 (14 steps/minute).
    • Training mode 1: counting time, time, calories are counting, and the setting function is turned off; 4.2. Training mode 2: Countdown time, in the setting state, the time window flashes, press “+”, and “-” to modify the setting value, the setting range is 5-99 points, and the default value is 30:00;
    • Training mode 3: Invert the calories, in the setting state, the calorie window flashes, and press “+”, and “-” to modify the setting value, the setting range is 20-990CAL, and the default value is 50CAL;
  5. “P1-P36” is the system setting program, only training in the countdown time mode. In the setting state, the time window flashes, press “+”, and “-” to modify the set value, and press “MODE” to reset to the default. Value, setting range: 5-99MIN, default value: 30:00;
  6. After setting the training mode, press the “START” button, and the screen will start to display the 5-second countdown, accompanied by 5 beeps. After the countdown is 1, the stairwell will start gently and slowly accelerate to the displayed speed position, then Smoothly running at a constant speed.
  7. In the running state, press the “+”, “-” button or “QUICK SPEED” button to adjust the speed of the stair machine;
  8. In P1-P36, the speed gear of each program is divided into 10 segments, each time is divided equally according to the set time, and the speed gear after the button adjustment is valid only in the current segment, when switching between segments Three beeps will be sent three seconds in advance. The motor stops automatically when the program runs for 10 segments, accompanied by a prompt tone;
  9. In the standby state, press the “START” button to start the motor;
  10. During motor operation, press the “STOP” button, the motor will slowly decelerate until it stops smoothly, and all settings will return to the default state;
  11. In any state, pull off the safety lock, the screen displays “E-07”, accompanied by a tone, and the stair machine stops running;
  12. The electronic control system is in safety monitoring at any time. As long as an abnormality is found, the running stairs will stop urgently, and the screen will display an abnormal information prompt with a prompt tone;
  13. Body fat test method: Press “PROG” to select the program FAT, “CALORIES” window to display the setting item number, press “MODE” to select the item number; “PULSE” window to display the setting item parameters, press “+”, “ -” key to set the parameters.
  14. Item number F1 (Sex): indicates gender; set parameter range: 1-2, “1” means male, “2” means female, default value: 1;
    • Item number F2 (Age): indicates age; setting parameter range: 1-99 years old, default value: 25 years old
    • Item number F3 (Height): indicates the height; setting parameter range: 100-220CM, default value: 170CM;
    • Item number F4 (Weight): indicates the weight; setting parameter range: 20-150KG, default value: 70KG;
  15. Item No. F5 (BMI): indicates that the parameter setting is completed and enters the body fat test state. Hold both hands on the heart rate sensor on the left and right handles and wait for 8 seconds. The parameter display window will display the body fat percentage of the test subject (BMI); according to Asian standards, body fat less than 18 is thin, between 18 and 24 is an ideal weight, between 25 and 28 is overweight, and greater than 29 is obese, default: 24 (this data is only for exercise reference).

HRC program

  1. The HRC defaults to one group, and the HRC1 limits the speed position to 6 steps (84 steps/minute).
  2. HRC setting method, sequence, parameter range, press the program key to display HRC, press mode to confirm and enter the next set of settings, press the speed gear key to adjust, and set the last parameter to start:
  3. Age setting range: 15-80 years old, default 25 years old
  4. Default target heart rate (THR): (220-years) *0.6
  5. The target heart rate can be modified, and the scope of modification: is 80-180
  6. Set time, default 30 minutes, modification range: 5-99 minutes
  7. speed gear change relationship;
  8. Change the frequency, HRC detects the heart rate every 30 seconds (heart rate is always displayed).
  9. If the user’s heart rate is lower than the target heart rate 30 times/minute, the speed gear will increase by 2.0 steps (28 steps/minute).
  10. If the user’s heart rate is lower than the target heart rate by 6-29 times/minute, the speed gear is increased by 1.0 (14 steps/minute).
  11. If the user’s heart rate is higher than the target heart rate by 30 times/minute, the speed gear will be reduced by 2.0 steps (28 steps/minute).
  12. If the user’s heart rate is higher than the target heart rate by 6-29 times/minute, the speed gear will be reduced by 1.0 (14 steps/minute).
  13. The user’s heart rate is higher or lower than the target heart rate 0-5 times/minute, and the speed gear remains unchanged.
  14. When the following conditions occur, decelerate to the lowest in 20 seconds, stop after 15 seconds of running at the lowest speed, and ring every second; When the heart rate exceeds (220-age).

MAINTENANCE

CLEANING
The maintenance of the device is simple. Before carrying out maintenance, disconnect the machine from the power supply and follow these guidelines:

  • Dry and clean those areas exposed to perspiration, especially the console. It is recommended to use towels to avoid sweat falling on the equipment.
  • Dust and dirt may be the cause of functioning problems in the gears and the internal bearings. It is recommended to keep the equipment casing and its different elements clean.
  • Regular cleaning of belt and pulley groove cleaning.

LUBRICATION

  • After the machine is used for a while, there may be grease oxidation and accumulation of stains on the chain and the sprocket.
  • It is recommended to clean it regularly and change the oil in the area or components that produce abnormal operating noise.
