Product Usage Instructions

Pump Housing
The pump housing is made of cast iron and can withstand pressures of up to 10 bar. The motor is secured to the pump housing by four bolts, allowing for varied installation positions.

Hydraulic Component
The rotor casing, motor shaft, and motor can are made of stainless steel. The impeller is made of technopolymer, and the bearings are made of hard carbon. Bearings are lubricated by the pumped liquid for silent operation and a long service life.

Electrical Component
All heating pumps are powered by a two-pole, blocking-resistant asynchronous motor. No additional protective switch is required. The motor winding conforms to insulation class F, and the motor housing is made of aluminum.

Speed Regulation
The pump speed is regulated at the control box, and the hydraulic output is regulated by a 3-step speed switch.

Vent Screw
The vent screw is used to bleed the pump and free the motor shaft if the pump has not been used for an extended period.

OVERVIEW

  1. Pump housing
The pump housing is made of cast iron and can withstand pressures of up to 10 bar. The motor is secured to the pump housing by four bolts, thus allowing the installation position of the motor to be varied.

  2. Hydraulic component
The rotor casing, motor shaft and motor can are made of stainless steel, the impeller is made of technopolymer. The bearings are made of hard carbon. The bearings are lubricated by the pumped liquid. This ensures silent operation and a long service life.

  3. Electrical component
All heating pumps are powered by a two-pole, blocking-resistant asynchronous motor. No additional protective switch is required. The motor winding conforms to insulation class F. The motor housing is made of aluminium. The openings in the motor housing ensure that condensation can dry up.

  4. Speed regulation
The pump speed is regulated at the control box. The hydraulic output is regulated by means of a 3-step speed switch.

  5. Vent screw
The vent screw is used to bleed the pump and to free the motor shaft if the pump has not been used for a longer period of time.
