Product Usage Instructions

Installation
Ensure the equipment location meets the specified requirements as shown in the diagram. If bringing piping conduit through the base, cut a hole before installation.

Power Connection
Connect the power cable to a recommended electrical supply of 15 amps.

Filling the Spa
Fill the spa with water up to the recommended capacity of 1,018 litres.

Operating the Spa
Use the intuitive spa controller to adjust settings and activate jets for hydrotherapy.

Maintenanc
Follow water care guidelines provided in the manual to ensure proper maintenance and longevity of the spa.

FAQ

• Q: What is the warranty coverage for the MercuryTM spa?
  A: The frame has a lifetime warranty, shell structure for 10 years, acrylic surface for 5 years, and jets, plumbing & heater for 5 years. Pumps & equipment are covered for 2 years.

• Q: How should I check the weight before lifting the spa?
  A: The specified lift weights include dry weight, packaging, and hard cover. It is recommended to have a crane operator verify all weights before lifting.

• Q: What is the power cable length of the spa?
  A: The power cable length from the control box to the plug is approximately 5 meters. Adjustments can be made based on spa positioning.

Specifications table

• The specified lift weights in the table above include the spa’s dry weight, packaging, and hard cover. These are approximate weights and are intended as a guide only. All weights must be checked by the crane operator prior to the lift. (Cranes have the ability to check the weight)
• The cable length is measured from the spa control box to the plug. For instance, if you prefer to exit the cable from the rear of a 2m spa (on the side opposite the control box), the length of the cable outside the spa will be only 3m (subtracting the 2m from the control box to the rear of the spa from the total cable length of 5m).

Equipment location

• Conduit access should be no more than 100mm high above the concrete slab.

Note: This model has a rigid base, and if you choose to bring the piping conduit in from the bottom through the base, you will need to cut a hole into the base on-site before installation. The factory does not provide this hole.
Please see the diagram above to find the location where you can drill the hole.
