Product Usage Instructions

In the Box

Tools Needed

• 5mm Allen Key
• 13mm Wrench

Fit and Secure

1. Slide two M8 x 25 Hex Bolts into the slat’s machined slots.
2. Secure the M8 Cage Nut to the inside of the aluminum leg’s cavity with the flanges facing outward.
   • Note: Ensure the cage nut is oriented correctly for proper clamping.
3. If fitting a diagonal leg, refer to Figure 1.2 for assembly.
4. Loosely fit the legs using the M8 Nyloc Nuts.
5. Place M8 Nut Caps on all the Nyloc Nuts after fully tightening.
6. Secure the Gutter Clamps using M8 x 30 Button Heads and M8 Schnorr Washers.

TOOLS NEEDED

Note: For Diagonal Leg Fitment – 6 of each Hex Bolt, Nyloc Nut, and Nut Cap will supplied For Straight Leg Fitment – 4 of each Hex Bolt, Nyloc Nut, and Nut Cap will be supplied

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

FIT AND SECURE

• RECOMMENDED SPACING BETWEEN LEGS OR FEET ARE 3 SLATS.
• SPACING MAY NOT EXCEED 4 SLATS.
• Slide two M8 x 25 Hex Bolts (Item 2) into the Slats’ machined slots.
• Secure the M8 Cage Nut (Item 10) to the inside of the aluminum leg’s cavity with the flanges (A) facing outward.
• IF THE CAGE NUTS ARE FITTED THE WRONG WAY AROUND, THE GUTTER CLAMP WILL NOT CLAMP TO THE VEHICLE CORRECTLY.
• IF YOU ARE FITTING A DIAGONAL LEG, REFER TO FIGURE 1.2 FOR ASSEMBLY.
• Loosely fit the Legs (Item 1 OR 8) using the M8 Nyloc Nuts (Item 3).
• Place M8 Nut Caps (Item 4) on all the Nyloc Nuts after fully tightening.
• Secure the Gutter Clamps (Item 5) using M8 x 30 Button Heads and M8 Schnorr Washers (Items 6 & 7).
