FRONT RUNNER RRAC245 Slimsport Rack 40 Inch Light Bar Wind Fairing
Product Information
The Front Runner Toyota Hilux Slimsport rack 40 light bar wind fairing is an accessory designed to be installed on a Toyota Hilux (2015 – current) vehicle. The wind fairing is made up of a light bar wind fairing, wind fairing side support, wind fairing mid support, and light bar brackets. The product comes with all the necessary tools and components required for installation.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before starting the installation process, familiarize yourself with the fitting instructions and the components received. Refer to page 2 of the manual for a list of all the components, quantities, and tools required.
- Ensure that you have all the necessary tools and components before starting the installation process.
- Slide one M8 Thin Nut (Item 7) into the T-slot of the front seat. Center the mid support bracket in the middle of the slat and secure using a Schnorr Washer and M8x12 Button Head (Items 8 & 9). Fully tighten.
- Fit the Light Bar Bracket 01 LH / RH (Item 4) for Front Runner 40 Light Bar, using M8x16 Hex Bolt & M8 Nyloc Nut (Items 10 & 11). Fit the Light Bar and center on the slat before fully tightening the brackets. Place M8 nut caps (Item 12) overall Hex Bolts.
- Secure assembly 2.2 to the front two bottom holes on the foot rails using the fasteners supplied with KSTH002. Tightening Torque 8-10Nm / 5.9 ft-lb – 7.38 ft-lb.
- Secure the Wind Fairing Side Supports LH / RH (Item 2) to the foot rail’s top holes as shown using M6x16 Flange Button Head (Item 6).
- Fit the Wind Fairing Rubber (Item 13) to the Light Bar Wind Fairing (Item 1). Using the notched section as a guide, trim if needed. Secure the Light Bar Wind Fairing assembly to the rack assembly, using M8x16 Flange Button Heads (Item 6) and fully tighten.
- Congratulations! You have successfully installed the Front Runner Toyota Hilux Slimsport rack 40 light bar wind fairing. Take a step back and admire your work!

THE INSTRUCTIONS AND CAUTIONS, OR IF YOU HAVE NO MECHANICAL EXPERIENCE AND ARE
NOT THOROUGHLY FAMILIAR WITH THE INSTALLATION PROCEDURES, YOU SHOULD HAVE THE
PRODUCT INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER OR OTHER QUALIFIED PERSONNEL.

failure to install the product according to these instructions.

OVERVIEW
FIT AND SECURE

Slide one M8 Thin Nut (Item 7) into the T-slot of the front slat. Center the mid support bracket in the middle of the slat and secure using a Schnorr Washer and M8x12 Button Head (Items 8 & 9). Fully tighten.

Fit the Light Bar Bracket 01 LH / RH (Item 4) for for Front Runner 40″ Light Bar, using M8x16 Hex Bolt & M8 Nyloc Nut (Items 10 & 11). Fit the Light Bar and center on slat before fully tightening the brackets. Place M8 nut caps (Item 12) over all Hex Bolts.

Secure the Wind Fairing Side Supports LH / RH (Item 2) to the foot rails top holes as shown using M6x16 Flange Button Head (Item 6).

Fit the Wind Fairing Rubber (Item 13) to the Light Bar Wind Fairing (Item 1). Using the notched section as a guide, trim if needed. Secure the Light Bar Wind Fairing assembly to the rack assembly, using M8x16 Flange Button Heads (Item 6) and fully tighten.
