Product Usage Instructions

Bluetooth Pairing

To pair a new device:

Ensure the Creative BT-W6 is powered off.
Power on the device; it will automatically enter Bluetooth
pairing mode for first-time pairing.
If pairing with a new device after the first-time pairing,
press and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds to trigger
Bluetooth pairing.
Creative BT-W6 can remember up to four paired devices
simultaneously.

Codec Selection

To select audio codecs:

The device will automatically choose the best supported codec
based on the connected device.
For Classic Bluetooth, aptX Adaptive codec preference and
Bluetooth mode can be selected using the multifunction button or
through the Creative app.
If using the Creative app, connect the device to a PC and
access Bluetooth Devices module to select codec preferences.

Gaming Audio Profile (GMAP)

Creative BT-W6 supports GMAP for ultra-low latency audio during
gaming:

GMAP On provides low latency for gaming.
GMAP Off is suitable for other audio needs.

Broadcast Mode

To use Broadcast Mode:

Switch between Public (Unencrypted) and Private (Encrypted)
modes as needed.
Use the Creative app to set up private broadcast streams with a
custom password for secure connections.

How many devices can be paired with Creative BT-W6?

Creative BT-W6 can remember up to four paired devices at a time.
When pairing a fifth device, it will replace the least used device
among the existing four paired devices.

How can I switch between LE Audio and Classic Bluetooth

modes?

To switch between LE Audio and Classic Bluetooth modes,
disconnect the device and reconnect in the desired mode. The audio
codec selection will also switch accordingly.

BLUETOOTH PAIRING: NEW DEVICE

Creative BT-W6 will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode out of the box and

will remain in pairing mode for first-time pairing.

For subsequent device pairing, manually trigger Bluetooth pairing using the

multifunction button. Creative BT-W6 remembers up to four paired devices at a time.

When powered on, Creative BT-W6 will attempt to reconnect to the last used device.

Note: When there are 4 devices already paired to Creative BT-W6, a newly paired device will replace the least used device. For example, if the third device is the least used device and you would like to pair a fifth device to Creative BT-W6, the newly paired device will replace third device’s placement.

AUDIO CODECS AND BLUETOOTH MODES
Creative BT-W6 supports a wide variety of audio codecs, and will automatically select the best supported codec based on the connected device.
By default, Creative BT-W6 will automatically pair via Classic Bluetooth. Both aptX Adaptive codec preference and Bluetooth mode selections can be made through Creative BT-W6 and can also be selected via the Creative app, downloadable on creative.com/support.

Creative app will automatically detect Creative BT-W6 when connected to the PC. Click on the Bluetooth Devices module to access its settings. If the connected audio device supports aptX Adaptive, the option to select [Low Latency] or [High Quality / aptX Lossless] will appear.

The LED indicator will flash white to indicate that it is broadcasting. Note that the broadcast stream is unencrypted and any supported device can join the stream if it is within range.

Set up private broadcast streams via the Creative app. Private broadcast streams require a password to join. The default password is “000000” and can be changed in app. For more information, check the settings via the Creative app.

MICROPHONE INPUT
Turn on microphone input to enable voice chat. When the Auto option is selected, microphone input will automatically activate whenever an application or software requires the use of a microphone. Any changes made will cause Creative BT-W6 to restart.

PS5 / PS4 does not support automatic microphone input activation. Follow the instructions below to manually turn microphone input on / off.

Le Creative BT-W6 passe automatiquement en mode d’appairage Bluetooth dès sa sortie de l’emballage et reste en mode d’appairage lors du premier appairage.
Pour l’appairage suivant, déclenchez manuellement l’appairage Bluetooth à l’aide du bouton multifonction. Le Creative BT-W6 mémorise jusqu’à quatre appareils appariés à la fois. Modifiez les flux de diffusion privés en utilisant Creative app. Les flux de diffusion privés nécessitent un mot de passe pour se connecter. Le mot de passe par défaut est « 000000 » et peut être modifié dans l’application.

ENTRÉE MICROPHONE
Activez l’entrée microphone pour accéder au chat vocal. Lorsque l’option Auto est sélectionnée, l’entrée microphone est automatiquement activée pour toute application ou logiciel nécessitant l’utilisation d’un microphone. Toute modification apportée entraînera le redémarrage du Creative BT-W6.
PS5/PS4 ne prend pas en charge l’activation automatique de l’entrée du microphone. Suivez les instructions ci-dessous pour activer/désactiver manuellement l’entrée du microphone.

Creative BT-W6 va intra automat în modul de împerechere Bluetooth din cutie i va rmâne în modul de împerechere pentru prima împerechere.
Pentru asocierea ulterioar a dispozitivelor, declanai manual asocierea Bluetooth cu ajutorul butonului multifuncional. Creative BT-W6 reine pân la patru dispozitive împerecheate simultan. Când este pornit, Creative BT-W6 va încerca s se reconecteze la ultimul dispozitiv utilizat.
Not: Când exist 4 dispozitive deja asociate la Creative BT-W6, un dispozitiv nou asociat va înlocui dispozitivul cel mai puin utilizat. De exemplu, dac al treilea dispozitiv este cel mai puin utilizat i dorii s împerecheai un al cincilea dispozitiv cu Creative BT-W6, dispozitivul nou împerecheat va înlocui plasarea celui de-al treilea dispozitiv.

Creative BT-W6 accept o mare varietate de codecuri audio i va selecta automat cel mai bun codec acceptat în funcie de dispozitivul conectat.

În mod implicit, Creative BT-W6 se va asocia automat prin
Bluetooth clasic. Atât preferina pentru codecul aptX Adaptive, cât i selecia modului Bluetooth pot fi fcute prin Creative BT-W6 i pot fi selectate i prin intermediul aplicaiei Creative, care poate fi descrcat de pe creative.com/support.

Selectarea codecului în aplicaia Creative App
Aplicaia Creative va detecta automat Creative BT-W6 atunci când este conectat la PC. Facei clic pe modulul Bluetooth Devices (Dispozitive Bluetooth) pentru a accesa setrile acestuia. Dac dispozitivul audio conectat accept aptX Adaptive, va aprea opiunea de a selecta [Low Latency] sau [High Quality / aptX Lossless].

Not: Setai rezoluia de redare la 16 bii / 24 bii 44,1 kHz / 48,0 kHz pentru a reda cu codecul aptX Lossless.

Modul Unicast
Unicast permite utilizatorului s se conecteze fr fir la un dispozitiv compatibil care accept LE Audio pentru a se bucura de streaming audio de înalt definiie.
MODUL BROADCAST Modul de difuzare: Public (necriptat)
Indicatorul LED va clipi în alb pentru a indica faptul c este în curs de difuzare.
Reinei c fluxul de difuzare este necriptat i c orice dispozitiv acceptat se poate altura fluxului dac se afl în raza de acoperire.
Modul de difuzare: Privat (criptat) Configurai transmisiuni private prin intermediul aplicaiei Creative. Pentru a intra în fluxurile de difuzare private este nevoie de o parol. Parola implicit este “000000” i poate fi modificat în aplicaie. Pentru mai multe informaii, verificai setrile prin intermediul aplicaiei Creative.

INTRARE MICROFON
Activai intrarea microfonului pentru a activa chat-ul vocal. Atunci când este selectat opiunea Auto, intrarea microfonului se va activa automat ori de câte ori o aplicaie sau un software necesit utilizarea unui microfon. Orice modificare efectuat va determina repornirea Creative BT-W6.

PS5/PS4 nu accept activarea automat a intrrii microfonului. Urmai instruciunile de mai jos pentru a activa/dezactiva manual intrarea microfonului.

Not: Indicarea LED-ului de intrare a microfonului este disponibil numai în modul Classic Bluetooth. Nu exist nicio indicaie a LED-ului atunci când se afl în modul LE Audio.

Indicatorul LED va clipi în rou pentru a indica progresul acestuia. Creative BT-W6 va reveni la starea

sa implicit dup finalizare.
