Indications for Use
- The Endo Ultra Activator was originally born from concentrated technology for ultrasonic activation of irrigation solutions with a vibration frequency of 40,000,00 Hz, to create cavitation and acoustic streaming in the irrigant.
Relying on such innovation, better cleaning and disinfection quality could be reached as below:
- Eliminates biofilm and smear layer.
- Facilitates upward debris removal.
- Favors penetration of irrigants into the non-instrumented zones.
- Improves the sealing of the obturation and Reduces the microbial load.
- Improved activation.
Preparation before use
Battery charging

The battery inside the handpiece could support about 4 hours of operation under standard treatment when the operating indicator turns on.
When the operate indicator flashes, battery recharging shall be requested. -
Charge indicator would switch to yellow color when connecting the handpiece to the power plug, and would turn off when the battery is fully charged.
Cleaning and Disinfection
- Before or after every usage, it is necessary to clean all surfaces with sterile gauze or tampons.
- Before each usage, rubber cover and irrigator tips must be sterilized at 134°C/0.22Mpa for 3min.
Depth Marking
- The working part length of the taper file is 21mm.
- The working part length of the taper rod is 19mm.
Assembly before use
- Assemble black rubber cover into handpieces, and connect tips into screw port, then use a wrench to fasten tips together with screw port of handpieces to avoid loose during operation.
Operation Instructions
- Press the black button to turn on/off handpieces. When the indicator turns on, means operation starts, and stops when the indicator turns off.
- Flush the root canal with irrigants, and move vertically up and down with an amplitude of 2-3mm, and keep 2mm at least between tips and apex locator.
- Activate irrigants inside the root canal with 30-60 seconds’ vibration to reach the perfect cleaning performance of the root canal.
- Suggest to vibrate 20 seconds per time.
- Overuse of tips will bring potential separation risk, so should be no more than 50 times.
