Product Description
AR heater is designed to heat the prepared inlay and veneer to improve the flowability during bonding, preventing premature curing of the composite material and heating the resin injection nozzle, anesthetic, etc. Using precision circuit to control its heating module, keeping the temperature tolerance within + 1°C. Depending on the material and personal preference, the temperature can be set to: 40°C, 45°C and 50°C.

Operation
- Place the heating base on a flat tabletop
- Insert the DC plug of the power adapter into the DC socket of the heating body, Then plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet. At this time, three temperature indicators are on at the same time (standby heating).
- Press the button on/off to turn on the heated body. Press the button again to turn off the heating body. The default temperature for heating base is 400 (When the heating body is off, hree temperature indicators are on at the same time).
- Press the button choose which temperature you need, see the detailed temperature list below

- The lights flash alternatively and slowly when cooling.
- The heating plate can be taken out from the heating base to heat. Also it can use for filtering without heating.
Note A
- A. The composite material can not be agitated on the heating plate and heating base.
- B. Avoid scratching the heating base and the bottom of heating plate.
- C. To avoid cross-contamination, do not use again the used heating base and heating plate before disinfection.
- D. The heating base and heating plate must be thoroughly cleaned if the composite material is stuck on it.
Cleaning and disinfection
All parts can be wiped clean with a sterilized water rag. Do not immerse any parts in any liquid. Can not be autoclave sterilization.
