- (A) Flat Washer
- (B) Plated metal tube
- (C)(D)(E) Nuts
- (F) Plastic Sleeve

- (H) Bottle Trap Body
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Note: Please be advised that no abrasive agents or materials can be used for cleaning this product, otherwise warranty will be void.
- Assemble nut ( C) onto the plated metal tube ( B ) under the top flange with the wide end facing upwards to receive the waste assembly. Slide the nut (D) over the plated tube, with the wide end facing down.
- Push the plastic sleeve ( F) into the top of the bottle trap main body (H ) ensuring the lip seats on the neck of the trap. Insert the metal tube into the centre of the plastic sleeve and lock the nut ( D) into position
- This trap is designed to connect to standard 1 1/4″ metal waste pipe. slide the nut (E) and tapered washer ( G ) over the waste pipe as shown. Insert pipe into the trap outlet and tighten the nut.
- When fitted onto a basin waste outlet the washer (A) must be placed inside the nut(C) to form a seal between the trap and waste.
Aftercare:
The end user is required to regularly maintain and clean product using warm soapy water and a soft cloth for the product warranty to be valid. Surfaces should be maintained using a clean damp cloth, NO corrosive and abrasive agents or materials should be used or come into contact with the surface finish, as this will invalidate your product warranty.
