- Then enter the new admin password for your DNH-100 twice and click on Modify.
- Please be aware, that the DNH-100 must have the same IP address at all times.
- Else the APs would no longer be able to communicate to the address of the

- Our recommendation: Leave the setting at Static IP Address.
- Adjust the IP Address and Subnet Mask to the network in this the DNH-100 will be used.
- Enter the Gateway and Primary DNS address that will be used in the network if the DNH-100 must have access to the Internet, for example, to be able to set its time via an NTP server.

- This is the IP-address of your DNH-100 and will be configured as Server-IP into the APs.
- At Country select the country in which the DNH-100 will be used.
- Tip: You can change the Web Access Port.
- Especially if you already have a web server running with HTTPS (TCP port 443) in the network, which should also be addressed from the Internet via port forwarding in the router.
- Click on Save & Next.
- Now create the (first) Nuclias Connect profile.
- Give the Site and the Network Name a name. Both can have the same name.
- Click on Next.
- At Access Point set a hook.
- At Password enter the password the APs will get by integrating them into the Nuclias Connect profile.
- At SSID Name enter the WLAN name (SSID) that the APs have to provide.

- Tip: At Import Network Profile the default admin password is displayed: admin
- Just for the case, if you want to add APs, they are configured and running as Standalone AP already and not/added into a Nuclias Connect before, then you must enter the admin password that these APs have.
- Then click on Import to add these APs to the Nuclias Connect profile.

- It is in the process of obtaining and connecting the settings from the DNH-100 profile. Please wait for some minutes.
- If the symbol is green, this means the AP is added to the DNH-100 profile and is running.
- So far the basic setup of the DNH-100 is finished.
- Other recommended settings
- We recommend to configure a WPA2/WPA3 encryption for the WLAN.
- Depending on the DAP/DIS model, you can set the WPA Mode to WPA2 Only or WPA2 or WPA3. Of course, just WPA3 would be also possible.
- What WPA-Mode do the DAP/DIS models support, please see the details at Nuclias Connect-enabled DAP models support WPA3 (WPA2 or WPA3).
- To modify the WLAN settings of the APs in the DNH-100 profile, click on the left on Configuration and then on Profile Settings.

- An orange sign is displayed, if settings are not transferred to the APs yet.
- Then click on the Site Network Name.
- Immediate must be selected and then click on Apply to transfer the made settings into the APs.
- The settings will be transferred into the APs and a Success has to be displayed.
- After a few seconds, the settings will be active.
- Depending on the changed setting, it can take some minutes.
- For example, if the APs in the 5 GHz use a DFS channel (100-140), it takes up to five minutes until the 5 GHz WLAN is available, because of the DFS procedure
