Step 1

Assembling the Frame

Insert the transmission rod into the motor

Insert the transmission rod with the motor into the right leg .

Insert the other end of the transmission rod into the left leg

Align holes in the crossbar with holes in the right leg, then tighten two bolts. Repeat for the left leg. If the holes cannot be aligned, adjust the left leg to align.

NOTE: When tightening the bolts, press the crossbar downward.

Secure the motor by tightening two bolts.

Attach the leg bases.

Attach the side plates.

Ensure the rubber pads are attached to the frame. If any have fallen off, reattach them or use the spare rubber pads.

Assembling the Top Stand

Screw the cam bolts in and push the wood dowel pins into the drawer top panel.

Position each drawer side panel as indicated below. Secure the panels by fully inserting cam locks into the holes, then turning them clockwise to tighten.

Push two wood dowel pins into the side panels.

Step 3

Assembling and Attaching the Desktop

NOTE: There are pre-drilled holes on the desktop panels to use as guides for screw installation. If you have any questions or issues, please call technical support or email customer service.

For the 48″ long desk, use five wood dowel pins to join the two desktop panels together.

For the 55″ long desk, use six wood dowel pins to join the two desktop panels together

Secure the desktop panels with the connectors.

You can use a drill (with suitable torque and speed) or a Phillips screwdriver.

NOTE: When attaching the connectors, press the panels together to ensure no gap is between them.

Carefully lift and attach the desktop

For the 48″ long desk, use eight screws to secure the desktop to the top stand

For the 55″ long desk, use eight bolts to secure the desktop to the top stand

Step 4

Attaching the Frame and Cable Tray

Attach the frame to the desktop.

NOTE: Use the pre-drilled holes as guides for securing the frame. If some pre- drilled holes do not line up perfectly, you can still use the screws to secure. Please call technical support or email customer service if you have any questions.

Fold the cable management tray along the dashed line.

Attach the cable management tray, storage hooks, and controller to the desktop.

Step 5

Attaching the Keyboard Tray Side Plates

Screw the cam bolts in and push the wood dowel pins into the desktop

Attach the keyboard tray side plates to the desktop.

TIP: Remove excess oil from the drawer slides with a clean cloth

Secure the keyboard tray side plates by fully inserting cam locks into the holes, then turning them clockwise to tighten.

Step 6 Connecting the Cables

NOTE: An example of a cable clip layout is indicated below. However, the cable clips can be arranged according to your needs

When flipping the desk over, do not allow the controller to collide with theground, which could cause damage.

Insert the grommet

Attach the felt backstop.

Step7

Attaching the Drawers and Keyboard Tray

Unfold the fabric drawers, then place the boards on the bottoms of the fabric drawers

Attach the keyboard stoppers.

Insert the drawers and keyboard tray.

Using the Controller

Note: When using the desk, ensure that there are no obstacles, that the desktop is not too close to the wall, and that all cables are long enough for the desk to move up and down freely. When the controller screen is off (power- saving mode), press any button to wake it before operation.
Suggestion: Set the most comfortable height when you sit down to [I] and the most comfortable height when you stand up to [2]. The other two presets can be set for another user or to other heights you want to use.

  • Raise the Desk
    • Press the [Λl button to raise the desk continuously until it reaches the highest position of 46.8″ (119cm) or the button is released.
  • Lower the Desk
    • Press the [v] button to lower the desk continuously until it reaches the lowest position of 27.9″ (71cm) or the button is released.
  • Save Height Settings
    • Four heights can be stored. Press and hold the [1] / [2] / [3] / [4] button for 3 seconds. The digital number will flash three times and the current height will be stored to that button.
  • Select Height Setting 1
    • Press the [1] button. The desk will move to the height that was previously set for that button. Press any button to stop the desk
  • Select Height Setting 2
    • Press the [2] button. The desk will move to the height that was previously set for that button. Press any button to stop the desk.
  • Select Height Setting 3
    • Press the [2] button. The desk will move to the height that was previously set for that button. Press any button to stop the desk.
  • Select Height Setting 4
    • Press the [3] button. The desk will move to the height that was previously set for that button. Press any button to stop the desk.

Troubleshooting

  1. Please try resetting the desk if you have any issues including:
    • Abnormal operation.
    • The controller screen displays ‘RST’ (reset).
    • The controller screen displays error message EOl-E08, but the motor cable is correctly connected.
  2.  If the controller screen displays ‘HOT,’ please wait 20 minutes for the motor to cool down before making any further height adjustments.
