Warranty policy.
ZigBee repeater after-sales service in strict accordance with the People’s Republic of China Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law, the People’s Republic of China Product Quality Law, the implementation of three packages of after-sales services, service content is as follows:
- from the date of your signature within 7 days, the product performance failure, free of charge to enjoy return or exchange services;
- from the date of your signature 8-15 days, the product performance failure, free of charge to enjoy exchange or repair services;
- from the date of your signature within 12 months, the product performance failure, free of charge to enjoy repair services.
Non-warranty regulations.
- unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, uid, accident, alteration, use of non-product accessories, or tearing, altering labels, anti-counterfeiting marks;
- has exceeded the validity of three packages;
- damage caused by force majeion;
- other non-product design, technology, manufacturing, quality and other problems caused by damage or failure.

Product Description
The Wireless ZigBee Repeater is a functional device that assists ZigBee gateways and devices to expand their signal coverage.
Preparation to use
- Your phone is connected to Wi-Fi. Make sure your phone and gateway are on the same Wi-Fi network to ensure an eective connection between your phone and the gateway
- Download and open the app. Search the Store for “Smart Life” or download and install the app by scanning the 2D code on the outer packaging /user manual. For the rst download, please click on the “Register” button to register your account, or if you already have an account, click on the “Login” button.
How to connect to Network
- On the device after power plug-in three times into the distribution status, conrm that the light ashes;
- Open the Smart Life App, on the Smart Gateway page, click Add sub-devices,
- Follow the page guidelines to connect your device to the internet, and once you’ve added it, you’ll nd it in the “My Home” list.
P.s The repeater must be used with a Tuya gateway that supports the zigbee protocol.
