Before getting started, let’s make sure this mount is compatible

TENSION ADJUSTMENT SHOULD ONLY BE DONE AFTER MONITOR INSTALLATION

Attention DO NOT adjust tension without a monitor attached.

1. Verify the weight of your monitor (including accessories) is between 4.4-33 Ibs (2-15kg).
2. Ensure the monitor has been securely attached to the mount.

WARNING:

• The gas spring arm is under pressure and should be handled with care.
• Failure to follow the instructions may result in damage to the mount and/or personal injury.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

Step 1: Install the Base

• Option A: For C-Clamp Mounting
• Option B: For Grommet Mounting Skip to.
• Option A: For C-Clamp Mounting
• If your desktop is too thin, you may be able to use a wood board or block as a spacer.
• Please note that the C-clamp plate must make full contact with the desk and/or wood spacer.

Example 1

• If there is a crossbar underneath the desk, you need to use a spacer that is the same height as the crossbar.

Example 2

• A spacer can be placed on top of the desk to fulfill the required dimensions.

Example 3

• A spacer can also be placed on top of the desk to maximize installation height.
• Option B: For Grommet Mounting
• NOTE: If there is no grommet hole on the desk, you will need to drill one. Mark the desired location at least 2″ (50mm) from the desk edge. Drill the hole using a 15/32-3/4″ (12-20mm) drill bit.
• Insert the grommet bolt [07] through the locking plate [08] and the base [01]. Hold the base tight and tighten the bolt from the bottom. Ensure the bolt is securely tightened.

Step 2: Attach the Upper and Lower Arm Sections

• Remove the Set Screw and Nut
• Connect Arms Upside Down
• The cable covers on both arm segments should face the same direction when connecting.
• Flip Arms and Attach to Base

Step 3: Attach the Monitor Plate to the Monitor

• Select Monitor Bolts
• Hand thread bolts into the threaded inserts on the back of your monitor to determine which bolt (M4 x 10mm or M4 x 30mm) to use. A minimum of 4-5 turns into the threading is required. Do not turn past the bottom of the hole.

Step 5: Adjust the Gas Spring Tension

1. Hold the upper arm in a horizontal position. In this position, you can access the gas spring tension bolt to increase or decrease tension until the arm stays in position by itself.
   • CAUTION:
   • To avoid damage to the monitor or mount, always keep the arm in a horizontal position while making adjustments.
   • You may need assistance with this.
2. Use the largest Allen key to adjust gas spring tension until the arm stays in position by itself. Once correctly adjusted, you can raise and lower your monitor and it will stay in position.

• If the monitor falls below the desired height: Turn counter-clockwise (“+” direction) to increase gas spring tension until the monitor can stay at the desired height by itself.
• If the monitor rises above the desired height: Turn clockwise (“-” direction) to reduce gas spring tension until the monitor can stay at the desired height by itself.
• Scan the QR code to watch the arm adjustment video.

Step 6: Swivel Restriction

CAUTION:

• Do not position or swivel the monitor beyond the edge of the desktop.
• Doing so may cause the unit to tip over and fall.

• You can swivel the monitor by gripping the left and right edges to adjust. If it’s too difficult to swivel, slightly loosen the set screw, then adjust it to your desired angle. Re-tighten the screw to fix the angle.

Step 9: Limit Adjustment

• To ensure the monitor does not sag down too much, use the bolt [U] to set a limit under the monitor connector.

Step 10: Cable Management

• To remove the top cable cover, pull the clips out and away from the holes in the arm. Route the cables along the arm, then reattach the cover.
