INTRODUCTION
HYPERP UMP C
- The Hyperpump C is the most versatile inflator ever made, capable of autonomously adapting to the specifications of the inflatable by adjusting the airf low according to the target pressure set via the display.
- Its high performance allows you to inflate any type of inflatable, especially SUPs in less than a minute!
- Thanks to the A .R .S. system, the inflator controls the pressure directly through the inflation tube, without the need for external sensors.
- The Hyperpump C’s degree of protection is IP54.
F UNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
PRELIMINARY WARNINGS

RECOMMENDED USES
The HYPERPUMP C is the ideal inflator for tents, inflatable structures and
inflatable barriers.
comply with the protection parameters indicated on the box and pump.
INSTALLATION
USAGE AND F UNCTIONS
TO USE
Connect one end of the hose to the inflation port (Point 5, Fig. 2), and the
other end to the valve of the inflator.
Once the connections have been made, connect the inflator to the power supply
and press the ON/OFF button (Point 1, Fig 1).
N.B. Check that the inflator hose is always connected to the inflator and
the structure during inflation.
N.B. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to
avoid a hazard.
TYPES OF USE
Depending on the inflation requirements, the use of hoses varies.
Depending on the maximum attainable pressure of the inflatable (up to a
maximum of 1000 mbar), the correct inflation hose must be used to avoid damage
to the inflator and the supplied hoses.
N.B. The Ø40 mm hose supplied must be used for inflatables that do NOT
need to be inflated to a pressure greater than 600 mBar.
N.B. To inflate at pressures above 600 mBar up to 1000 mBar use the high
pressure hose supplied.
N.B. In the event of damage to the inflator or hose, they must be
replaced or repaired by the manufacturer, its ser vice agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
TO INFL ATE
When the green light on the ON/OFF button (Point 1, Fig 1) lights up, the
display will show the pressure that the inflatable has to reach. Now press the
AUTO CYCLE button (leds light up) and after two seconds the Hyperpump C will
start to inflate.
CHANGE THE OPERATING PRESSURE
Press the MODE button (Point 3, Fig 3) to select the unit (mbar/psi/kPa/bar),
then use the SET-/SET+ buttons (Point 1, Fig 3) to change the pressure value
on the display.
After 2 seconds the display stops flashing and the pressure is stored. The
pressure can be changed between 0 and 1000 mbar.
N.B. When the preset pressure is reached, the inflator stops
automatically.
N.B. Ensure that the pressure is set correctly according to the
specifications on the inflatable.
A .R.S. SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
The pressure control system inside the inflatable with automatic refilling is carried out directly from the inflation hose, without the addition of external accessories.
CHANGING THE FILLING PRESSURE
By pressing the MIN button (Point 4, Fig 3) the display will start f lashing and the filling pressure can be changed using the SET-/SET+ buttons (Point 1, Fig 3). After two seconds the display stops f lashing and the tolerance pressure is stored. It is possible to adjust the filling pressure up to 30 mbar in relation to the operating pressure.
TO CHANGE THE DISCHARGE PRESSURE
Press the MAX button for 3 seconds, the display will start f lashing. Use the
SET-/SET+ buttons to change the value. After two seconds the display stops f
lashing and the value is stored.
There is the possibility to adjust the discharge pressure from 30 to 70 mbar in relation to the operating pressure.
After changes press AUTO CYCLE. The two LEDs light up after two seconds and the red LED goes out ; the green LED indicates that the inflator will start to inflate/discharge and recharge automatically.
With the automatic cycle activated (A .R .S. – LEDs lit), the unit will
automatically check the pressure of the inflatable structure.
N.B. In the event of a power failure during operation, the inflator will keep
the working settings memorised. It will restart automatically as soon as the
power supply is restored.
AIR FLOW MANAGEMENT:
Once the connections have been made and the pressure set (Page 14), during the
inflation phase the inflator autonomously manages the f low of air to be
emitted inside the inflatable.
N.B. Use the Ø40 mm hose for inflatables that do NOT need to be inflated
to a pressure higher than 600 mbar, and the high-pressure hose for pressures
up to 1000 mbar.
The Hyperpump C behaves in accordance with the target pressure that you set in
total autonomy.
Therefore by managing the pressure set via the display (Point 3, Fig. 1), the
inflator will manage the air f low.
N.B. The air flow will increase as the millibar to be reached increases.
This feature, unique in the electric inflator market , allows for the best
efficiency during the inflating phase.
OVERHEATING ALARM
In the event of prolonged use, the motors may overheat , and the inflator will
go into lockout phase.
In this case, an alarm code will appear on the display
– A01 = Overtemperature
N.B. In case of overheating, DO NOT disconnect the inflator from the power
supply.
N.B. After the over-temperature alarm the inflator will NOT restart
automatically.
The internal temperature of the inflator will lower itself thanks to the
built-in fans.
N.B. Provide proper ventilation of the inflator during the cooling phase.
After the temperature has dropped, and the alarm code is no longer displayed, press the AUTO CYCLE button on the display (Point 6, Fig.3 ) to restart the inflator.
GENERAL SAFATEY RULES
HOSE INSTALLATION
When installing a hose, it is important to follow certain rules.
This is to achieve the best performance and avoid damage that could compromise
the life of the hose.
N.B. The minimum bending radius is 40 mm / 1.57 inch.
Installations below the minimum bend radius or excessive bending in the area
of the fittings may break the hose.
N.B. Assemble the hose so as to withstand length variations due to working pressure, pump movements and related tolerances. Avoid live assemblies.
N.B. Avoid abrasions, bumps and cuts along the entire length of the hose during installation and use.
N.B. The life of a hose in twisting is greatly reduced.
To avoid twisting during installation and use, check that the spiral always
follows a linear course.
N.B. The length of the hose should be such as to accommodate the motion
and should not go below the minimum bending radius.
The hose allows relative movements between two connected sources. Avoid
abrasion, tension and twisting during installation and use.
