The AD 2271 is a hair dryer with various features designed to provide efficient and customizable hair drying experience. Product Usage Instructions

Using the Device

  1. Turn on the device with the power switch (5). The LED displaywill automatically turn on (4).
  2. Set the desired air speed using the switch (7).
  3. Important: The hair dryer has a memory function and will start with the last used settings.

Cleaning and Maintenance

  1. Insert the plug into the socket.
  2. Remove the air filter cover on the top (3) by pulling it out.
  3. Turn on the device with the power switch (5).
  4. Press the air speed and cleaning mode button for 3 seconds (7). The hair dryer will start the self-cleaning function and count down from 10 seconds to 0. It will then resume the last working setup.

  • Q: How do I clean the air filter of the hair dryer?

  3. The applicable voltage is 220-240 V~ 50/60 Hz. For safety reasons it is not appropriate to connect multiple devices to one power outlet.
  4. Please be cautious when using around children. Do not let the children to play with the product. Do not let children or people who do not know the device to use it without supervision.
  5. WARNING: This device may be used by children over 8 years of age and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons without experience or knowledge of the device, only under the supervision of a person responsible for their safety, or if they were instructed on the safe use of the device and are aware of the dangers associated with its operation. Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance of the device should not be carried out by children, unless they are over 8 years of age and these activities are carried out under supervision.
  6. WARNING: Never use this device close to water, e.g.: under shower, in bathtub, or above sink filled with water.
  7. WARNING: Never leave the product connected to the power source without supervision. Even when use is interrupted for a short time, turn it off from the network, unplug the power.
  8. WARNING: The temperature of accessible surfaces of an operating device may be high when the equipment is in operation.
  9. WARNING: Keep the appliance and its cord out of the reach of children.

  20. Periodically check the power cord condition. If the power cord is damaged the product should be turned to a professional service location to be replaced in order to avoid hazardous situations.
  21. Never use the product with a damaged power cord or if it was dropped or damaged in any other way or if it does not work properly. Do not try to repair the defected product yourself because it can lead to electric shock. Always turn the damaged device to a professional service location in order to repair it. All the repairs can be done only by authorized service professionals. The repair that was done incorrectly can cause hazardous situations for the user.
  22. The power cord should not touch hot parts of the device and should not be located near other heat sources.
  23. In order to provide additional protection, it is recommended to install residue current device (RCD) in the power circuit, with residual current rating not more than 30 mA. Contact professional electrician in this matter.
  24. Do not allow the motor part of the device to get wet.
  25. Do not touch the hot surfaces of the device.
  26. After turning off the appliance, before cleaning or storing it, disconnect the power plug from the socket and allow the equipment to cool down. Please wait long enough because the heated device cools down slowly.
  27. Do not use aggressive detergents in the form of emulsions, milks, pastes, etc. to clean the housing, as they may, among other things, remove informative graphic symbols such as scales, markings, warning signs, etc.
  28. The device is not designed to work with external schedulers or separate remote control system
  29. Do not cover the device, it might cause the accumulation of heat in its interior and it may cause damage or fire.
  30. Hairsprays contain flammable materials. Do not apply them while using the device.
  31. Do not use the device on people who are sleeping.
  32. During operation, do not place the device on wet surfaces or clothes.
  33. During operation of the device, metal elements heat up to high temperatures. Do not touch hot parts of the device with your bare hands and do not allow contact with the scalp, as this may result in burns.

USING THE DEVICE

Turn on the device with power switch (5). The LED display will turn on automatically (4).
Set the desired mode with the switch (6):

1 – hot air, 2- cool air, 3 – interchangeable temperature (hot & cold), 4 – breeze (press for 3 seconds)

Interchangeable temperature mod e – prevents from burning the scalp if you don’t want to move your hair dryer. It dries hair without harm for the scalp. You can set up temperature and the air speed in this mode.
Breeze mod e – temperature is maintained at 50°C temperature and the gentle breeze is blowing. It helps to absorb nutrients from the hair care products.

Set the desired air speed with the switch (7):

  1. high speed,
  2. mid speed,
  3. low speed

Set the desired temperature with the buttons (8):
50°C/ 60°C/70°C/80°C/90°C/100°C, turbo mode (press for 3 seconds)

NOTE: Temperature increase decrease function can only be adjusted in the hot air mode and interchangeable temperature mode
Turbo mode – temperature reaches maximum temperature 120°C and maximum speed. It allows to quick dry the hair.

IMPORTANT: Hair dryer has memory of the last set up. It will switch on to the last used set up.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Intelligent self cleaning

  1. Insert the plug into the socket.
  2. Remove the air filter cover on the top (3) by pulling it out.
  3. Turn on the device with power switch (5)
  4. Press air speed and cleaning mode button for 3 seconds (7). Hair dryer will start self-cleaning function and will count down from 10 seconds to 0. Then it will stop and start the last working set up.

Manual cleaning

  1. Disconnect the device from the power outlet.
  2. Remove the air filter cover that is on the top (3) of the hair dryer by pulling it out.
  3. Take off the air filter cover that is on the handle (9) of the hair dryer by twisting it off.
  4. Clean both filters regularly from loose hair or other dust using the lint-free cloth or a soft brush.
  5. Dirty housing clean with wet soft cloth, then wipe to dry. Do not use any aggressive detergents.
  6. Avoid any liquid to reach inside the hair dryer.
