TROUBLESHOOTING
No power output from one of the outlets.| • Ensure the correct power switch is
turned on; each switch controls 3 outlets.
• Verify if the other outlets controlled by the same switch are functional. If
they are, the issue may be due to a loose or disconnected contact in the
faulty outlet. Avoid using this outlet until it is repaired.
---|---
No power output from any of the outlets.| • Ensure both power switches are
turned on. Toggle the switches on and off several times to confirm they are
functioning.
• Check if the surge protection LED indicator is green, signalling proper
function.
• Examine the overload circuit breaker; if it has tripped, press it down to
reset.
No output from the USB/USB-C ports.| • Confirm that the USB/USB-C cable is
securely connected to the port. If unsure, try using a different port.
• Note that the total output current for all USB ports is 3.1A, with each port
supporting up to 2.4A. If necessary, disconnect other devices to ensure
adequate power availability.
• Verify that your device is compatible with PD (Power Delivery) 30W for the
USB-C port.
• Try using a different USB/USB-C cable if problems persist.
Power board is not turning on.| • Inspect the plug and cord for any visible
damage.
• Ensure that the connected devices do not exceed the maximum load capacity of
2400W or 10A. If this limit is exceeded, remove some devices and press the
overload reset button.
