Overview
Muzata vinyl-coated stainless steel wire rope are designed for a wide range of applications. The vinyl-coated wire rope is smooth without rough edges and easy to handle so you don’t need to worry about being pricked by burrs. You can get a safe and aesthetical experience when using this wire rope.

Installation steps
Step1 – Measure the depth of the 1/8″ terminal with a thin rod or
something similar that can be inserted into terminal and mark the depth on the
rod.
Step2 – Mark the depth of terminal on the wire rope.
Step3 – Ring-cut the vinyl coating along the mark.
Step4 – Cut the coating along the wire rope.
Step5 – Peel off the vinyl coating.
Step6 – Crimp the 1/8″ terminal with the bare wire rope.
Tips
- Please note that the INNER diameter(ID) of the vinyl-coated stainless steel wire rope should be the same as the size of terminals. Vinyl-coated wire ropes less than 1/8″ ID are not suitable for railing systems.
- Please note that the OUTER diameter(OD) of the vinyl-coated stainless steel wire rope should be the same as the size of protector sleeves or adhesive sleeves. Vinyl-coated wire ropes larger than 3/16″ OD are not suitable for railing systems.
- You might need to buy extra materials than expected in case some materials might not be reusable after operation mistakes.
