  • Wire Rack: The wire rack can be used in the 3 upper rack positions.
  • Air Fry Basket: The Air fry basket is grated to allow air to pass through the basket for even cooking. The air fryer basket can only be used in conjunction with either the baking pan or on the wire rack. The air fryer basket should be placed in rack position 2 (refer to “Operation” section for additional information on rack positions) with the baking pan used as a drip tray underneath.
  • Baking Pan: The baking pan can be placed in rack positions 3 & 4 and can also be used as a drip tray below another rack.
  • Rotisserie Spit Assembly (shaft, forks & set screws): Used for roasts and whole chickens. Force the shaft lengthwise through the meat so that it is centred on the shaft. Slide the forks onto the shaft from either end into the meat, and then lock them in place with the set screws, aligning them with the indentations on the shaft. You can adjust the screws closer to the middle if needed, but never further outward towards the ends.
  • Spit Removal Tool: The removal tool is used to easily remove items on the rotisserie, such as whole chickens.

BEFORE FIRST USE

  1. Read this user guide along with all warning stickers and labels.

Cleaning the Outer Body and Door

  • Clean the outer body with a soft, damp sponge. Use a non-abrasive liquid cleanser or mild spray solution to prevent the accumulation of stains. Apply the cleanser to the sponge, not directly on the oven’s surface, before cleaning.
  • For the glass door, use a glass cleaner or mild detergent along with a soft, damp sponge or a soft plastic scouring pad. Avoid using abrasive cleansers or metal scouring pads as they may scratch the oven’s surface.
  • Wipe the LED screen with a soft, damp cloth, applying cleanser to the cloth and avoiding direct application onto the LED surface. Cleaning the LED screen with a dry cloth and/or abrasive cleaners may result in scratches.
WARNING: To prevent electrocution, avoid immersing the power cord, appliance, or power cord into water or any other liquid.

Cleaning the Interior
To clean any splatters that may occur during cooking, gently wipe the interior walls with a soft, damp sponge. Use a non-abrasive liquid cleanser or mild spray solution to prevent the accumulation of stains. Apply the cleanser to the sponge, avoiding direct application to the interior, before cleaning.

WARNING: Use extreme caution when cleaning the heating elements. Allow the oven to cool completely and then gently rub a soft, damp sponge or cloth along the length of the heating element. Do not use any type of cleanser or cleaning agent. Let all surfaces dry thoroughly before inserting the power plug into a power outlet and turning the oven on.

Cleaning the Crumb Tray

  • After each use, pull out the crumb tray and dispose of the crumbs. Wipe the tray with a soft, damp sponge. Use a non-abrasive liquid cleanser or mild spray solution to prevent the accumulation of stains. Apply the cleanser to the sponge, not directly on the tray, before cleaning. Dry thoroughly.
  • To eliminate baked-on grease, soak the tray in warm soapy water, then wash with a soft sponge or a soft plastic scouring pad. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  • Always make sure to reinsert the crumb tray into the oven after cleaning and before plugging it into a power outlet and turning the oven on

Cleaning the Accessories

  • Clean all accessories by washing them in warm soapy water with a soft sponge or a soft plastic scouring pad. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid using abrasive cleansers, metal scouring pads, or metal utensils, as they may cause damage to the surfaces.
  • To extend the life of your accessories, it is recommended to clean them with non-abrasive substances.

Storage

  • Ensure the oven and all accessories are clean and dry.
  • Ensure the door is closed.
  • Store the appliance in an upright position, standing level and on its supporting legs. Do not store appliances when wet or bot. Do not store in a wet or hot environment.

Note: Following the preparation of greasy foods, such as chicken wings, oil stains may accumulate on the back plate and side plate of the oven. It is advisable to promptly clean these areas to prevent the excessive build-up of oil stains and potential leakage to the machine’s bottom. Failure to clean oil stains promptly may result in difficulty removing them. To address grease stains on the baking dish, utilize a mixture of fresh lemon and hot water, allowing it to soak for 30 minutes before washing.
