As standard the SMARTOSCOPE UR-4 adapter ring is designed for use with large eyepieces with a diameter of up to of 63.7 mm.
Three rubber spacer strips are included for eyepieces with a smaller diameter.
Depending on the combination of these strips, there is an application range
diameter of approx. 46 mm to 63.7 mm.
The UR-4 eyepiece adapter has a 30mm connection thread. It fits into the thread of the K30 optics rail of the SMARTOSCOPE VARIO adapter or on one of the Kowa individual adapters for smartphone discoing.
Aft er connecting the SMARTOSCOPE UR-4 adapter ring and smartphone adapter, push the UR-4 on to your eyepiece, secure by tightening the adjustment screws.
