BEFORE STARTING THE ENGINE: FUEL: Due to transport the machine is delivered without engine oil and fuel. For the same reason, some types of machinery are also not filled with transmission oil. Fill with oil and fuel before commissioning!

28 www.raider.bg
ENGINE IS CERTIFIED FOR OIL GASOLINE – NATURAL 95 (SUPER 95): Use commercial grade clean, fresh, unleaded fuel; The machine is equipped with a four-stroke engine and should run exclusively on pure petrol WITHOUT oil! Gasoline is highly flammable and explosive, as is its vapor. You can be seriously burned or injured when refueling.
REFUELING:
Turn off the engine. Never remove the fuel cap or add fuel when the engine is running or hot. After stopping the engine, wait until the engine and exhaust components have cooled completely.
1. Remove the fuel tank cap. 2. Fill gasoline to a maximum of 1 cm below the lower edge of the neck. 3. Don’t overfill! Wipe off spilled gasoline before starting the engine. 4. Replace and close the fuel tank and fuel caps.
Never load gasoline in a room!
· Do not smoke or use an open flame during charging. · Make sure you are away from heat, sparks and flames. · If gasoline spills, do not start the engine. Clean spilled gas immediately. Move the machine from the area where the gasoline was spilled and wait for the fuel vapor to dissipate to avoid the possibility of fire. · Do not use gasoline containing ethanol. · For engine protection, we recommend that you use the fuel stabilizer available on gas stations. · Make sure that water and dirt do not enter the fuel tank. · Fuel must not be older than 14 days.
Fuel can damage paint and some plastics. When refueling, be careful not to dispose of gasoline. Damage caused by gasoline spills is considered to be caused by improper use.

Always check the following items before starting the engine: Full control: Make sure there are no leaks, find loose or damaged parts of the engine driven by the equipment.
– fuel – oil levels (engine, gear, lubrication loss according to machine) – air filter (if equipped) – correctly mounting the end of the candle. – cleanliness of controls (switches, handles) – safety and security equipment – an engine-driven device
BEFORE THE FIRST USE:
Inspect safety devices, controls, and related control cables, as well as any screw connections for damaged and secure mounting.
· It is absolutely necessary to check the oil level. Fill or add engine oil as needed. · Tires may be overpressured when transported. Check the tire pressure and set the correct value. Make sure you take care of any problem you find or an authorized service dealer to correct it before operating the engine. Improper maintenance of this engine or inability to correct the problem prior to operation may result in a malfunction in which you may be seriously injured or killed.
HIGH HEIGHTS:
Engines operating at high altitudes (more than 1600 meters above sea level) require special attention as they reduce the saturation ratio of the fuel mixture to over saturation. This leads to a loss of power and higher fuel consumption. Contact an authorized service center for more information.
WORK:
The instructions in this manual are applied under normal operating conditions. If you operate the engine under severe conditions, such as constant high load, high temperature, or abnormally high humidity or dust, contact your service provider for recommendations applicable to your individual
needs and how the machine is used in your case. THE CULTIVATOR IS ONLY FOR THE MOVEMENT FORWARD TO MOVING FORWARD.
PREPARATION FOR WORK:
1. Go to the treated area. The height adjustment lever must be inserted into transport position. 2. Check all parts for damage and see if they are tight. 3. The entire air pollution filter (not required with the new device). 4. Check the condition of the cutting blades before each use, if they are damaged, replace them
with new ones. FOR PROPER OPERATION:
The clutch switches the engine on and off. When the clutch lever is depressed, the clutch engages and the tool works. Press the lever, the tool will rotate. When the lever is released, the clutch disengages and the tool stops working. Release the clutch lever, the tool will be switched off.

TO START THE ENGINE: Carbon monoxide gas is toxic. Breathing can also cause unconsciousness and even kill you. Avoid any areas or activities that expose you to carbon monoxide. 1. The ignition is carried out through the cable and the spark plug cap (rubber shoe) with the spark plug.Check the link. 2. Cold start throttle valve switch. 3. Grasp the starter handle and gently pull the starter handle until it starts to hold, then pull it up quickly and firmly. Do not allow the starter handle to slide back against the engine. Return it carefully to prevent damage to the starter.
4. Return the starter handle slowly to the rope guide bolt after starting the engine. 5. Push the safety switch down and push the drive lever at the same time of the plows, the plow drive lever is already starting to rotate. The machine cannot be tilted. Danger of flooding the engine with oil. An exception is the oil change. If you need to tilt the machine during maintenance or adjustment, press the handles on the ground (with the candle facing up). Keep your hands and feet away from rotary cultivation blades.

32 www.raider.bg Start the engine carefully as instructed and with your feet far from the blade. Do not tilt the machine when starting the engine. Start the machine on a level surface. Keep your hands and feet away from rotating parts.
TO STOP THE ENGINE:
1.After the last treatment, let the appliance run for 1-2 minutes. The engine will cool a little. 2. Adjust throttle lever to “STOP” position (if equipped), adjust switch to switch engine on / off in position “0” (if equipped) 3. Disconnect and ground the spark plug wire to prevent accidental starting, while the equipment is unattended.
CHANGE IN BORDERS:
– unlock the locking pin, remove the installed coulter – Replace with the new coulter and secure the safety pin again – Do the same on the other side Always replace both pairs of teeth at the same time to avoid damage to the tool from the imbalance.
WORKING SPEED:
Adjust the throttle control lever to “Max. speed “for best machine performance. The throttle must be set to control forward movement to a slow walking speed for cultivation. Insert the throttle control lever into the Min. speed “to reduce motor voltage when no machining is performed. In addition to adjusting the depth of the regulator, changing the pressure on the handles also helps to further regulate the depth and speed of travel. The downward pressure on the handles will reduce the depth of processing and increase the speed of travel. Pressing up on the handles will increase the working depth and reduce the speed of travel.
CONNECTOR CONTROL:
Pushing down to drive the teeth forward. The release returns the machine to neutral.
DEPTH REGULATOR:
It serves a dual purpose. It adjusts the processing depth and helps the operator control the direction and speed of control.
Expand the wheel clamp to raise the wheels to one of the high positions. Lowering the depth control lever will slow the machine down and make it work deeper. Increasing the depth of the regulator will allow it to move faster and shallower.
Do not adjust the depth of treatment unless the clutch control lever is released in the neutral position. Switch off the engine before operating the machine. Wait for all moving parts to stop completely.
TO ADJUST THE DEPTH OF PROCESSING:
Remove the locking screw.
2. Raise or lower the depth control lever.
3. Align the depth regulator groove with the holes in the bracket lock and insert the retaining screw.

33
TRANSPORT WHEEL:
The wheel is lowered and the depth adjuster tilts upwards when transporting the machine. Tilt the machine forward until the blades clear the ground. Press or pull the appliance to the next location.
PROCESSING:
The cultivation digs, flips and breaks the garden soil and prepares the planting bed. And the machine will also clear the soil of unwanted vegetation. The decomposition of this plant matter enriches the soil.
If the soil is too hard, it must be preformed before cultivation (moistened or loosened) to avoid damage to the plow or other parts of the machine.
Also, soil that is too moist will produce unsatisfactory lumps. Wait a day or two after heavy rain. The soil should dry.
Do not use the machine in case of heavy, wet clay. This can result in permanent damage to the machine. Better growth will be achieved if an area is properly cultivated and used shortly after cultivation to maintain. moisture content. The type of soil and working conditions will determine the actual setting of the tillage depth. In some soils, the desired depth is reached first through the garden. In other soils, the desired depth is achieved by running the garden two or three times. In the latter case, the depth regulator rotor must be lowered before each subsequent passage through the garden. Walkways must be made consecutively along the length and width of the garden. Do not try to dig too deep into the first pass. If the machine skips or stalls, allow the machine to move forward at a slightly higher speed. If the machine interrupts forward and tries to dig in one place, shake the handles from side to side to start moving forward again. Rocks that appear should be removed from the garden.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
In order to ensure the proper functioning of the machine, it must be checked and adjusted by qualified personnel at an authorized service center at least once a year.
Proper maintenance is essential for safe, economical and trouble-free operation of the machine. Failure to follow maintenance instructions and precautions can result in serious injury or death. Always follow the procedures, precautions, recommended maintenance and recommended checks mentioned in this guide.
Before any work on the machine (maintenance, inspection, replacement of accessories, service) or before storing it, ALWAYS shut off the engine, wait for all moving parts to stop and allow the machine to cool down. Avoid accidental starting of the engine. Turn off the candle.
THESE WARNINGS ARE NOT REPEATED AT THE NEXT POINTS!
Keep this recommendation for the checks, maintenance and intervals specified in this user guide. Other service operations that are more complex or require special tools are left to our authorized service facility.
MAINTENANCE OF THE MACHINE:
· Keep the machine in good condition. · Careful handling and regular cleaning ensure that the machine remains functional and efficient for a long time. · In the case of abnormal vibrations, follow the instructions (see troubleshooting instructions). · Keep all nuts, bolts and screws tightened to make sure the equipment is safe working condition. · Always make sure that the vents are kept away from dirt. · Replace worn or damaged safety parts. Only use original spare parts.
ENGINE MAINTENANCE INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE PLAN
If the engine is to be tilted during maintenance, the fuel tank must be empty. The spark plug should always be up. If the fuel tank is not empty and the engine is tilted differently and in different directions, then it can be difficult to start due to the presence of oil and gasoline that clog the inappropriate parts of the engine, contaminate the air filter, spark plug and more.

OIL CHANGE:
It is advisable to request an authorized oil change service. Note: The first oil change should be done after 5 working hours, and when working under heavy load a second change should be made after 25 working hours.
Drain the engine oil when the engine is warm. Hot oil drains quickly and completely. Caution: Do not drain the oil when the engine is running!

1. Place a suitable container near the engine to catch the used oil. 2. Remove the cap / oil indicator. 3. Remove drainage bolt.- if equipped – and allow used oil to drain completely into the container. 4. For an engine without a drain plug, we recommend using an oil sump pump or drain the oil into the container
by tilting the engine slightly to the oil cap. Remove the fuel from the tank before tilting the machine. Keep the end of the spark plug motor. Do not drain the oil from the upper filler neck unless the tank is completely empty. Otherwise, when the machine is tilted, the fuel may leak out and cause a fire or explosion. 5. Replace the screw. When the engine is level, fill to the upper limit marking of the cap / dipstick. 6. Replace the oil dipstick / dipstick.

Note: Please dispose of used engine oil in an environmentally compatible manner. We recommend that you take the used oil in a sealed container to your local recycling center or reclamation service. Do not throw it in the trash, or throw it on the ground or in the sewer.
· Operating the engine with a low oil level can cause engine damage. · Wash your hands with soap and water after handling used oil.
AIR FILTER:
A dirty air filter will limit the air flow to the carburetor and cause the engine to malfunction. Check the air filter every time the engine is running. You will need to clean the air filter more often if you run the engine in very dusty places.

35

Note: Operating the engine without an air filter or with a damaged air filter will allow dirt to enter the engine, resulting in rapid engine wear. This type of damage is not covered.
