Product Description
It is a mini Smart Gateway .It consists of a highly integrated Wi-Fi module,
low power-consuming ZigBee module, and PCBA.
It can be connected to the Smartlife Smart app for device adding, reset,
third-party control, and ZigBee group control, meeting smart home
requirements.

Application installation and commissioning
Step1: Download&Registration
Scan the QC Code to download” Smart Life”APR Or Search”Smart Vein Apple store
or Google Play to install the APR. Open the” Smart Life”APP, tap”Register”to
get an account with your phone number or E-mail. Sign in the APR.
Step2: Add Decices in Easy Mode ( Recommend ) Make sure your product is
powered on Make sure your mobile phone is connected to your Wi-Fi Press the
power button until the indicator begin to flash quickly (about
2timers/secon-d),this means the device is already for configuration Open your”
Smart Life”APP, tap”+”on the top right of the APP Select Device Type, tap”
confirm indicator rapidly blink’: It will fetch the password of the Wi-Fi
network your mobile phone connected. Tap”Confirm”to connect to the device,
when it appears” successfully add ldevice”, then the connection is completed
and your devices is listed in your APP list.
Add Devices in AP Mode (If failed in Easy Mode,user could use AP mode)
Press the power button for more that 5seconds until the indicator begin to
flash quickly, then press it for another 5seconds until the indicator flash
slowly. Tap”+” on the top right of the APP,Select DeviceType Tap” AP Mode “on
the top right7confirm indicator slowly blink’: It will fetch the password of
the Wi-Fi network your mobile phone connected. Tap”Confirm”and “connect now”to
go to the WLAN setting interface in your mobile phone. Select the Wi-Fi
network named ” Smart Life_xxx”to connect it. Return to the” Smart Life”APP,
the connection will start automatically When it appears” successfully add
ldevice”, then the connection is completed and your devices is listed in your
APP list.
How to reset the device (put it into pairing mode)?
- Press the reset button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes quickly.The device is switched to basic pairing mode.
- Press the reset button again for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes slowly.The device switches to AP mode.

CAUTION: Keep out of reach of children. This product contains small

CAUTION: To ensure safe use of the product, wires must be brought at the
installation site according to valid regulations. The installation must only
be carried out by an individual with the appropriate certification in the
field of electronics. During installation or when a fault is detected, the
power cable must always be disconnected from the socket (in the case of direct
connection, the relevant circuit breaker must be switched off). Improper
installation can damage the product and cause injury.
CAUTION: Do not disassemble the product, electric shock may occur.
CAUTION: Use only the original power adapter provided with the product.
Do not operate the device if the power cord shows signs of damage.
CAUTION: Follow the instructions in the enclosed manual.
Maintenance Protect the device from contamination and soiling. Wipe the device
with a soft cloth, do not use rough or coarse materials.
DO NOT USE solvents or other aggressive cleaners or chemicals.
LED status
Red LED (WiFi)
On – the device is connected to a WiFi network
Flashing – device is connecting to WiFi network
Not lit – WiFi network information is congured but cannot connect
Blue LED (Zigbee/Bluetooth)
Flashing – devices can connect to the smart gateway
On – Zigbee/Bluetooth connection is active
Not lit – Zigbee/Bluetooth connection is not active
