Product Information
The NeoRuler is a measuring tool that has 93 built-in scales distributed in 8 scale modes. It comes with a USB-C charging port and a charging light. The device has LED marks, a screen, a select button, a switch button, and a NeoPointer 5 Back/ON-OFF button. Additionally, the device comes with a caliper kit, penholders (1.2mm and 0.8mm), and a pointer. The NeoRuler can be used in normal or performance mode and can be enhanced with the MEAZOR APP 2.0.
Product Usage Instructions
Selecting the Scale Mode: Before using the NeoRuler, select the default
scale mode by accessing the setting menu. Switch between scale modes as
needed.
Calibrating the Device: Use the calibration function to ensure accurate
measurements.
Using the Device: To use the device, measure the graphic length of the
object you wish to measure. The principle of customized scale is to measure a
section of graphic length corresponding to its actual distance. Input the
actual distance and the calculated scale will be displayed on the screen. Use
the divider function to divide a certain distance into 2-12 sections.
Charging the Device: Charge the device using the USB-C charging port and
wait for the charging light to turn off before using the device.
Using the MEAZOR APP 2.0: Download the MEAZOR APP from the Apple APP
Store or Google Play Store to enhance your experience with NeoRuler. Features
include data transfer, list mode, drawing, and much more!
Warranty Information: The NeoRuler comes with a one-year limited consumer
warranty that covers your product against manufacturing defects for one year
from the date you bought your product. To send the product for repair, please
contact the distributor and provide a valid device number with proof of
purchase.

Special cases
The following cases are not covered by the warranty policy during the warranty
period and will be repaired at extra cost.
- Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage by the user.
- Dismantling of parts under unauthorized circumstances.
- No proof of purchase.
- The serial number does not correspond to the product sent for repair or has been altered
- Damage to the body caused by force majeure
- Normal wear and tear of the parts, which need to be replaced
- Damage caused by abnormalities in the temperature/humidity of use or storage
- Damage to the battery caused by not charging in accordance with the instructions
- Any damage caused by not following the instructions.
