Installation Steps
- Using the Blue Link cable, connect it to the Blue Link port on the motor’s head.
- Insert the other end of the Blue Link cable into the motor’s Blue Link port.
Blind Pairing Using Mobile Apps
- Ensure Bluetooth is activated on your smart device and is near the blind.
- Open the main app page and select the nearby Blue Link for pairing.
- Follow the app’s instructions to pair the blind with the app.
Note
Make sure to have the appropriate setup code and Smart Controller C-BR300 model added to the account for compatibility with Neo Smart Blinds motors.

Installation
Installation Steps
- Using the Blue Link cable, orient its connector to match the Blue Link connection located at one of its ends. Firmly grip each piece, align and push the cable connector. You may hear a muffled click, indicating it was properly connected.
- Locate the accessible side of the motorized blind with the Blue Link port on the motor’s head. Use the remaining Blue Link cable connector, align it with the motor’s port, and firmly insert it. Though a muffled click might not be audible, gently tug the cable to ensure the latch is securely in place.
Blind Pairing using mobile apps
Neo Smart Blinds Blue
Compatible to all motors with an internal or external Blue Link. Ensure your
smart device has Bluetooth activated and is near the blind. On the main app
page, you’ll find a list of nearby Blue Links available for pairing. Follow
the app’s instructions to proceed to pair the blind.
Neo Smart Blinds
Compatible with all motors with an internal or ex-ternal Blue Link as long as
they are equipped with a 433MHz RF module and a Smart ControllerC-BR300 model
is added to the account.
Note: All motors connected to a wand do not contain the 433MHz RF module
and therefore are not compatible.
- After creating the account with the appropriate setup code and adding the Smart Controller, you can pair the blind by tapping Menu > Add Blind and following the app instructions. If a remote control isn’t paired to the blind, select either of the two options on the left during the process.
