The C32 has an 8000mAh battery that cannot be replaced. To trackyour battery status, refer to the icon shown in the top right corner of the screen. It is important to only use Oukitel-approved batteries specifically designed for your phone. Using incompatible
batteries can cause serious injuries or damage to your phone. Never place batteries or phones on or in heating devices such as microwave ovens, stoves, or radiators as batteries may explode when overheated.

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly and provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
The warranty may not be recognized if the product is used for any purpose other than that for which it is intended or if the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service are not followed. Additionally, damage to the product by a natural disaster
