Screw x 4 5/16 x 7/8″

Screw x 2 5/16 x 1″

Screw x 2 5/16 x 1/4″

Plastic Cap x 4
ASSEMBLY
-
Align leg mounting plates with holes on bottom of seat cushion. Use two 5/16 x 7/8″ screws (4) to loosely secure. Repeat on opposite side. (See Figure 1)
NOTE: Do not tighten screws until assembly is complete. -
Align back cushion with mounting holes. Use one 5/16 x 1″ screw (5) in top hole and one 5/16 x 1/” screw (6) in bottom hole to loosely secure. Repeat on opposite side. (See Figure 2)
NOTE: Use Allen wrench to tighten all screws. -
Insert plastic caps (7) in holes on back cushion to cover screws. (See Figure 2)
