OPERATION GUIDE

The following function introductions and button operations are based on the machine itself, but the operations of the corresponding buttons on the remote control are the same.

POWER ON/OFF

Connect the included AC power cord between the main unit and power outlet on the wall or socket, “0:00 “will be shown on the LED display, ( you can set the time before music playback), short press to the POWER/MODE button to turn on, and you can select playback mode as radio, Bluetooth, AUX, CD, and USB, Hold the POWER/MODE button for several seconds, the system goes to be standby time mode.

HOW TO SET A TIME CLOCK?

After connecting the power cord to the socket, for the 1st time use, you will see the “0:00” on the LED display, and then you can set the time clock:

  1. Time format setting:
    In standby mode, hold the ‘SET’ ( )button until you see the ’24H’ on display,
    Press ‘PREVIOUS’ or ‘NEXT’ (     ) button to choose ’24H’ or ’12H’ format.

  2. Time set:
    After selecting the time format, short press the ‘SET’ ( ) button to set the hours, you will see the hour digit blinking, use ‘PREVIOUS’ or ‘NEXT’ (    ) button to set the current hour;
    Short press the ‘SET’ ( ) button again to set the minutes, the minute digit will be blinking, in the same way, to use the ‘PREVIOUS’ or ‘NEXT'(    ) button to set the current minutes,
    At the last, press the ‘SET’ ( )button to confirm, then you have successfully set the time.

BACK UP BATTERY:

At the bottom side, you can find a battery compartment, it is for a time back up, please insert a 2pcs AAA size dry battery (battery not included) into the compartment.

HOW TO SET AN ALARM CLOCK?
  1. In standby time mode, hold the ALARM 1 button until you see the hour digits are blinking, showing as below picture:
    Then short press the UP or DOWN you can adjust the hours as you want.

  2. After setting the hours, short press the ALARM 1 button to confirm, then the minute digits are blinking as shown below picture.
    Just short press the UP or DOWN to adjust the minutes as you want.

  3.  After setting the minutes, press the ALARM 1 button to confirm, it will enter into the alarm mode selection (there is a total of 5 modes, such as CD, USB, BT, BB, and TUNE), Just short press the Up /DOWN button to choose the alarm mode, showing as below picture:
    Notice:
    * If select CD alarm tone, ensure insert CD disc inside the CD compartment.*
    if you select USB alarm tone, ensure insert the USB disk into the USB port.
    if you select Bluetooth alarm tone, ensure pairing to your smartphone and turn on the Bluetooth function.
    if you select the radio as alarm tone, it will play the last memory station while alarming.**
    * if select BB alarm tone, it will be alarming by the defaulted tone.

  4. The next step is to press the ALARM 1 button to confirm, then the LED display will be showing “V15 as below picture, it defaults alarm volume.
    Short press the UP /DOWN button, you can adjust your desired volume level.
    Finally you just short press the ALARM 1 button to confirm, then you have successfully set the ALARM 1, shown as below picture.
    Notice: just in the same way to set the ALARM 2.

  5. Snooze Function
    When the alarm tone is ringing out, press the SNOOZE/SLEEP button,
    the icon will be shown on display, you can snooze and it will ring again in 10 minutes.­

  6. Sleep Function
    If you want to listen to the radio or enjoy the music from CD/USB/Bluetooth or AUX-in before going to sleep, just short press the SNOOZE/SLEEP button, the LED display will be showing”1 0″, which means playback will be auto-off after 10 minutes, there are total 9 different times ( from 10-20-30-40-50-60-70-80­ 90-OFF, OFF mean sleep function turns off) for your cyclical selection.

  7. Turn On/off Alarm
    When an alarm is ringing out, press the SNOOZE/SLEEP button, the alarm is paused, if you want to turn off the alarm, just press the alarm 1/2 buttons, and the alarm icon will be disappeared.
    If you want to turn on the alarm, just press ALARM 1/2, it will resume the previous alarm time, the system will be showing alarm status in order of alarm time-alarm tone-alarm volume.
    After setting the alarm, and if it is still not reaching the alarm time, you can cancel it by pressing the ALARM 1 or ALARM 2 button, conversely turn on the alarm.

DIMMER

Press the’ DIMMER’ button, can adjust the LED display brightness as your desired at night sleep time, there are totally four levels (from bright to dark).

WIRELESS CHARGING FUNCTION

Short press the ‘WIRELESS CHARGING ON/OFF ( ) button, the blue LED charging indicator is on, then the unit is in wireless charge mode. Put correctly your smart phone (it must be with wireless charging function) in center wireless charging base, when you see the red LED charging indicator is steady on, it means on charging, after 100% fully charged to your phone, the LED indicator will change to be blue again.

If you won’t need to use this function, just short press this ON/OFF ( )button to turn it off.

Notice: it is not suitable for all phones, only your phone itself has a wireless charging function, then you can achieve this wireless charging function.

FM RADIO RECEPTION:

**In the standby time mode, short press the ‘MODE’ button to be ‘TUNE’, the frequency of “87.5MHz” will be showing on the small LED display, Extend the FM antenna to improve FM radio reception.

Hold the ‘SET’ ( ) button for 2 seconds to auto search all available stations, it will be automatically saved when finish searching and start to play the first (P01) memory station, you can choose the saved stations by short pressing this ‘SET’ ( ) button.
You can also use the NEXT/PREVIOUS (     ) button for manual adjustment, short press the buttons to up or down 0.01 MHz, hold the buttons for fast up or down until it catches the available stations and stops.
**Press ‘VOLUME DOWN/VOLUME UP’ ( )buttons to adjust the volume level as your desired, short press the ‘PLAY/PAUSE'( ) button to pause, and resume playback after pressing it again.

: Notice: when the radio reception happens with noise, it might be caused by a weak signal, you can adjust the unit position or adjust the FM antenna direction to get the best reception.

AUDIO CD/MP3 PLAYBACK:

Step 1: For the 1st time use, please open the CD door, take out the laser protective cover.

Step 2: Switch the FUNCTION MODE ( / MODE) button to be CD mode, CD icon will be shown on the LED display, open the CD door, insert the CD disc (printing face up), close the CD door. It will automatically play the NO.1 song.

Step 3: Press the PLAY/PAUSE( ) Button to pause playback, press again to resume playback, you can use the ‘VOLUME DOWN/VOLUME UP'( ) buttons to adjust the volume level, and hold the STOP( ) button to stop playback.

Step 4: During the CD playback, if you want to search your favorite songs, just short press the
NEXT/PREVIOUS(     ) button to select. If you want to search specific segment, just hold the
NEXT/PREVIOUS(     ) button and release it until it reaches your desired segment.

Notice:
∗ MP3 disc playback operation is the same as a CD.
∗  Compatible DISC: 12CM/BCM
∗  Do not paste any sticker on the CD/MP3 disc surface, it would affect the music sound output.
∗  Do not open the CD door during the playback.
∗  Do not insert the blank disc.
∗ Different quality discs would be leading different music playback abilities.

USB DEVICE PLAYBACK

Short press the FUNCTION MODE ( / MODE)Button to be USB mode, insert the USB hard disk into the USB port, make sure you have saved the music songs (MP3 or WMA format files only) inside, it will be automatically playback the inside music, relevant operation instructions will be the same as CD playback.

Notice:

  • Due to different decoding chips with different functions, it is possible not to read some non-compatible MP3/USB disk, and it is not available for the portable HARD DISK.
  • Not compatible with NTFS disk format.
BLUETOOTH PLAYBACK

** Short press the FUNCTION MODE ( / MODE) button to be ‘BT’ mode. The “bt” word will be blinking on the LED display, turn on your smart phone, go to the Bluetooth menu, and find the pairing name as “LC- 10W”, click it to aim at the unit, once successfully paired, the “bt” word will be always on, you just open your music player app on your smart phone and playback your favorite music.

PREVIOUS/NEXT, PLAY/PAUSE.etc., all buttons are the same function as CD or USB playback operation.
If you need to disconnect the Bluetooth playback, just short press the SET ( ) button, or you can do it from your smartphone.

REPEAT PLAYBACK

In CD/MP3/USB playback mode, you can achieve the REPEAT playback function, there are REPEAT ONE, REPEAT SHUF, REPEAT ALL and REPEAT OFF for selection:

** REPEAT ONE: during the playback, select your favorite song which you want to repeat playback, ( )button, you will see “ONE” word on a small display, then it will repeat playback current song until you change it, and then repeat icon will be always shown on the display.

** REPEAT SHUF: continuously short press the REPEAT ( ) button until you see the word “SHUF” on the display, then all songs inside the file will repeat playback until you do any change.

** REPEAT ALL: continuously short press the REPEAT ( )button until you see the word “ALL” on the display, then all songs of the disc or USB will repeat playback.

** REPEAT OFF: continuously short press the REPEAT ( ) button until you see the word “OFF” on the display, then you exist the repeat playback function.

Notice: In AUX/BT mode: The button no function.

PROGRAM PLAYBACK

** During the playback, hold the STOP( )button, you can stop the playback, and then you can apply it to the program function.

** Just short press the PROGRAM ( ) button, LED display will show”PO1″, “O1” means the NO.1 programmed song, press NEXT/PREVIOUS button to select your designed programmed tracks, and press the PROGRAM button to confirm, repeat in turn, you can program max. 20 songs for CD and 99 songs for MP3 disc, when you finish programming, press the PLAY/PAUSE button to play.

**Clean the program memory: During the playback of CD/MP3/USB, hold the STOP button to stop playback, hold the button one more time, or change another CD/mp3 disc, or power off/on, then it will clean all the memory of programmed songs.

AUX-in

This G Keni player can be used as an amplifier for your other audio devices, just connect a mini­ phone 3.5mm aux-in cable (not included) to the Auxiliary input jack at the side of the unit, another side plug to your audio device, short press ‘MODE’ ( / MODE) button to be ‘AUX’ mode, then audio playback through the connected audio device will now be heard through the G Keni player.

HEADPHONE JACK

For your private listening, insert a 3.5mm headphone plug into the HEADPHONE JACK. The speaker output is automatically cut off, and you can listen to the music from your headphone.

Caution: listening at high power for a long time, which would damage your ears.
