Razor W13111416023 Power Core E90 Front Fork Replacement
Required Tools:
- A. 4 mm Allen wrench
- B. 5 mm Allen wrench
- C. 8 mm wrench
- D. 32 mm wrench
- E. 10 mm Crown wrench
- F. Long needle pliers
- G. Phillips screwdriver
CAUTION: To avoid potential shock or other injury, turn power switch OFF and disconnect charger before performing any assembly or maintenance procedures. Failure to follow these steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.
How to Assembly
Step 1: Using a 5 mm Allen wrench loosen the bolts from the collar clamp and remove the T-bar from the front fork.
Step 2: Using a 4 mm Allen wrench and an 8 mm wrench loosen the bolt that holds the brake cable.
Step 3: Using long needle pliers remove the end cap from the brake cable and save for later, pull the brake cable and spring.
Step 4: Using a Phillips screwdriver remove two screws from the limiter bolt cover and remove it.
Step 5: Using a 32 mm wrench or a big adjustable wrench, loosen the headset bearing lock nut and remove it.
Step 6: Using a 10 mm crown wrench hold the lock nut from inside the fork and with a 5 mm Allen wrench loosen and remove the limiter bolt and slide the fork down and replace it.
Step 7: Reverse the procedures:
- Replace the limiter bolt.
- Replace the headset bearing lock.
- Replace the limiter bolt cover.
- Replace the end cap and reinstall the brake cable and spring.
- Re-tighten the bolt that holds the brake cable.
Attention: Charge battery 12 hours before using.
