THANK YOU FOR PURCHASING THE
MICHELIN FAST FLOW DIGITAL TYRE INFLATOR.
Please read the operating instructions carefully before using your inflator.
Improper use can cause damage to property and possibly harm the user. When
using the inflator ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe location. off the
road. with the vehicle handbrake on and where your personal safety is not at
risk.
Only suitable for vehicles with negative earth. Check your vehicle owner’s
manual.
- This inflator can inflate car tires up to 50 PSI (do not inflate space saver tires) and bicycle tires up to 100 Higher pressures can be achieved in cycle tires due to their smaller air volumes compared to car tires.
- When inflating vehicle tires this inflator should ONLY be used for car tires and bicycles Low-pressure items such as sports balls and small inflatable toys may also be inflated using the adaptors provided.

- Correct tire pressure is vital for road safety.
- Under or over-inflated tires can be dangerous.
- Always ensure that regular weekly checks are carried out to the vehicle manufacturers’ recommended pressures including the spare. but excluding space saver tires. Always check before a long journey or after loading or unloading the vehicle.
- Always check pressures in an ambient temperature. never immediately after a long journey.
CAUTION
- Inspect the tyre inflator before each use.
- Do not leave connected to the 12V DC socket unattended.
- Do not kink or block the air hose while the compressor is working.
- Do not use the compressor if broken. melted. burnt. wet or any of the components are damaged.
- Only use the adaptors supplied with the device.
- The compressor contains no user-serviceable parts – DO NOT OPEN.

DIGITAL POWER SOURCE (D.P.S) FEATURES
This MICHELIN tyre inflator incorporates a 12V power socket & 5V USB port.
12V POWER SOCKET
Lifting the left-hand cover reveals a 12V power socket (2) This is suitable
for ac inspection light or vacuum cleaner with a maximum rating of 12A.
USB PORT
Under the right-hand cover is a single 5V USB port (6) suitable for charging
mob maximum rating of 0.5A.
TYRE INFLATION:
- With the On/Off button (1) in Off position, unwind power cord complete compartment (9) and plug into your vehicle’s 12V power plug socket digital display shows zero. PLEASE NOTE – when the On/Off button protrudes from the unit slightly. When in the On position the button is Press the PSI, BAR & kPa buttons (8) to select desired pressure from PSI kPa BAR Uncoil the high-pressure hose and screw the tire valve connector (5 connect the 12V power plug before connecting the high-pressure hos pressure shown on the display. If the display reads 0.00 or Err then r guide. When connected correctly the gauge will display the current p pressure as stated in your vehicle’s handbook, you can simply remove
- To start inflating press the On/Off button (1).
- You will now see the pressure increasing on the display (3). Due to the pressure measuring system, you may find that when you switch the t pressure the gauge may drop back slightly. If this happens, switch ba high er pressure. Switch off and re-check.
- If you are inflating multiple tires then follow the procedure started from the power supply is disconnected then always reconnect the 12V power high-pressure hose to the tyre valve. If there is a power interruption please follow the reset procedure outlined in the Trouble Shooting.
ADAPTORS
Included with your MICHELIN Fast Flow Digital Tyre Inflator, on the back of the display unit, is a snap-in storage compartment containing various adaptors, to enable you to inflate other items. To avoid overinflation, always follow the manufacturer’s instructions on the items to be inflated.

TO REPLACE FUSE IN 12V PLUG:

TROUBLESHOOTING
Gauge does not illuminate
Unit fails to run with a switch in the ‘On’ position| Check that plug is fully
inserted into the 12V socket
Check internal plug fuse (15A glass type).
Your car may require the ignition key to be turned to the accessory position.

Power lead/plug becomes hot| If power lead is coiled, uncoil to full length.
Ensure the 12V socket is clean with no debris in it.
Ensure 12V plug components are tight and clean.
Gauge appears to read incorrectly or is unreadable Gauge reads 0.0 or ERR|
When the tyre valve connector is attached, before switching the unit on,
ensure the gauge is reading your current tyre pressure.
Disconnect valve connector from the tyre.
Remove plug from the power source for at least 5 seconds, reconnect to power.
Press and hold the yellow reset button until the display shows all the digits
then returns to 0.0. Connect valve connector to tyre.
Unit is running but tyre is not inflating| Check that the tyre valve connector
is correctly fitted to tyre valve.
Gauge does not display when tyre valve is connected| Ensure tyre valve is
correctly connected to the tyre valve connector
