The device defaults to “Router Mode” after the first login or reset. The steps to enter the device manage page:

  1. Power on and wait about 90 seconds for the device to start up.
    When wireless connection (recommended): connect wireless SSID of device (JOOWIN-2 G or JOOWIN-5G by default)
    When wired connection : connect the LAN port of the device and computer network port with network cable and set the computer to get an IP address automatically

  2. Open the mobile phone/computer’s browser and type 192.168.10.1 to enter the device manage page. (default password: admin)

AP Mode

(4-1)Select AP mode and set the intranet IP address. For example, your superior router IP is 192.168.1.1. In AP mode, the IP of the device should be set as follows: 192.168.1.2 (Cannot conflict with other devices)
(4-2)Set an independent password for your extended WiFi (It is recommended that the password is the same as the WiFi password of the superior router).
(4-3)Click “Finish”, wait for the setting to succeed. After configuration succeed, connect the LAN port of the POE adapter and the LAN port of the superior router with network cable.
Note: After the configuration succeed, please accessed and managed the device through the IP address 192.168.1.2

Bridge Mode

(5-1)Select Bridge mode and set the intranet IP address. For example, your superior router IP is 192.168.1.1. In Bridge mode, the IP of the device should be set as follows: 192.168.1.2 (Cannot conflict with other devices)

(5-2)Select 2.4G or 5.8G band, scan and select your wireless SSID and enter its password.
(5-3)Set an independent password for your extended WiFi (It is recommended that the password is the same as the WiFi password of the superior router), and Click “Finish”. Bridge Mode:
Note: After the configuration succeed, please accessed and managed the device through the IP address 192.168.1.2

Router Mode

(Please connect the LAN port of the device and the LAN port of
the modem with network cable). There are three ways to access
the Internet, namely “PPPoE”, “Static”, “DHCP”.
It is recommended to choose PPPoE.

(6-1)Select Router mode, choose PPPoE;
(6-2)Enter your Internet account name and password;
(6-3)Set up a separate password for new WiFi, and click “Finish”.

(7-1)Select “Repeater mode” and use default IP 192.168.10.1
(7-2)Select 2.4G or 5.8G band, scan and select your wireless SSID and enter its password.

Note: After the configuration succeed, please access and manage the device through the default IP address: 192.168.10.1

How to reset the device
Turn on the device’s power supply, wait for about 90s, then press and hold the reset button for 12-15s (the black button at the bottom of the device), the signal light will flash, and then release the button to wait for the system to restart (about 2 minutes). The signal light will be on again. Wait the “JOOWIN-2G or JOOWIN-5G” WiFi appears in the WiFi list of the computer/mobile phone, now you can start to setup.
