Product Overview
Using Your Speakerphone
There are two options for connecting the speakerphone SC10.
Connect to mobile devices (Bluetooth)

Press and hold the Call/Power button for 3 seconds to power on the speakerphone, it automatically goes into pairing mode.
The LED ring flashing blue. -
Active Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet and set it to search for new devices. Select ·sc1 o· in the available devices list. Once successfully paired, you will hear a voice prompt “Bluetooth Connected”, and the LED ring turn solid blue.
Every time you turn on the speakerphone, n will automatically connect ta the last paired device within tts ranges.
Disconnecting
From your mobile device:
Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings, select SC10 and tap or click
Disconnect.
From speakerphone:
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off it.
Connect to PC (USB Connection)
Connect the speakerphone to your computer using the included USB-C cable, the
red indicator lights up once the cable is connected.
Press and hold the Call/Power button for 3 seconds to power on SC10, the LED
ring lights up solid blue.
Make sure the speakerphone SC10 is the default audio device.
Usually, your computer will automatically detect the SC10 and use it as the
default. If you have multiple audio devices connected to your computer, you
may need to manually set default microphone and speaker on your PC system or
conferencing software.
Windows
Right-click the Sound icon on the taskbar > Select Sound settings> Output /
Input, select the SC10 (USBAudio2.0) as the system default.
macOS
Go to System Preferences > Sound > Output/ Input, select the SC10
(USBAudio2.0) as default device.
Software (Zoom, Skype, Teams and more)
Settings > Audio > Speaker / Microphone. select the SC1 O (USBAudio2.0) as
default device.

input/output devices, refer to the app user guide.

Charging
Before using the speakerphone for the first time, fully charge the built-in battery by connecting the included USB-C cable to a power source.
You can charge your speakerphone using a smartphone charger. power bank or car
charger.
The red indicator will light up while charging, a full charge takes
approximately 4 hours (varies depending on the charger used).
When the battery is fully charged, the red LED turns off.
Troubleshooting
The speakerphone will not tum on

Make sure that your speakerphone is sufficiently charged.

In cordec mode, make sure your computer is powered on, and the USB·C cable is plugged in properly at both ends. can’t Charge the speakerphone

Try a different charger.

Check if the connected power outlet is working.

Make sure the USB-C cable is plugged in properly at both ends. can’t connect with mobile device

Make sure your mobile device’s Bluetooth is turned on, and is in range (10 m) of the speakerphone.

Check if your phone or tablet paired to another device that is in range. try disconnecting it.

Turn your mobile device’s Bluetooth off and back on again.

Delete the SC10 from your mobile device’s paired list. connect again.
Speakerphone not working on PC/Mac
- Try using a different USB port on your computer.
- Make sure that your microphone isn’t muted.
- Make sure the speakerphone SC10 is the default audio device.
- Confirm that apps can access your speakerphone.

Go to Start II > Settings > Privacy> Microphone.

Select Change and make sure Microphone access for this device is on.

Make sure Allow apps to access your microphone is turned on.
In the app list. grant permissions for apps to access your microphone. -
In Allow desktop apps to access your microphone, make sure the selection is also turned on.
Windows 11
- Right-click on the Start II > Settings > Privacy & security> Microphone, make sure Microphone access is turned on.
- Make sure Let apps access your microphone is turned on. then grant permissions for apps to access your microphone.
- Make sure Let desktop apps access your microphone option is enabled .
macOS
- On your Mac, choose Apple menu ti> system Preferences. click Security & Privacy, then click Privacy.
- Select Microphone. Then select the checkbox next to your conferencing apps and allow it to access your microphone.

• Disable app-exclusive control
In Windows, some audio applications will take exclusive control of an audio device. it may prevent a conference app from recognising your speakerphone. Disable exclusive control on both the Input and Output devices.
Precautions
- Please read this instruction manual carefully before using.
- Keep it in a safe place for future reference.
- Do not attempt to disassemble, modify or repair this product by yourself.
- Make sure to hold the plug when connecting and disconnecting the USB-C cable. Never pull on the cable itself.
- Do not expose the product to moisture, water or other liquids.
- Keep the product away from direct sunlight or excessive heat or humidity.
- Do not drop, throw or crush the speakerphone.
- Do not expose products containing batteries to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
- Use the product with care and store it in a clean, dust-free environment
- Keep the product. accessories and packaging parts out of reach of small children and pets.
- Clean only with a soft dry cloth. Do not use any cleaning agents containing, alcohol, ammonia. benzene. or abrasives.
