ZOSI C308 Wi-Fi Security Camera
WiFi Security Camera
Please read the quick start guide carefully before using the the camera,
and keep it properly.

Specs
Download Zosi Smart App
1. Connect your mobile phone to WiFi, scan the QR code down below to download
and install App on your phone, and follow the prompts to complete
registration.
2. Search”ZOSI” in App Store or Android Market to download and install the
App.
Register and Login
New users need to register an account, click “Register” to enter the registration interface. Select the language of your country or region, enter the user name(phone number or email), follow the guide to finish registration after code verification. Or directly input your user name and password with an existing account to log in.
Quick Configuration
When the camera is plugged in, there will be a prompt sound after startup and the network indicator should always be on (reset and try again if it doesn’t work). Click “+” in the upper right corner to enter Add device interface. Select adding methods: Scan shared QR code, Add device via AP and Add devices by local search.

Scan shared QR code to connect (QR code networking) Enter “Add device” page and select Camera C308, follow the guide to choose WiFi and enter WiFi password to generate a QR code, and point the camera lens at the QR code generated on the phone to connect.

Add device via AP
Select “Add device via AP” and follow the prompts to finish. -
Add devices by local search
Connect the device directly to the router with a network cable (mobile network and device should be in the same LAN).
Camera Installation
The mounting wall should be of a certain thickness and be able to support at least 3 times the weight of the camera.

Follow these steps to fix the camera, as shown in the picture down below. -

FAQs
Q: Why can’t I add a device by local search?
A: Please make sure the device and mobile phone are in the same LAN. If you
can’t make both of them in the same LAN, please manually enter the device UID
to add a device.
Q: Why is the device disconnected?
A: Please Check whether the device is connected to the network? whether the
router is working normally? whether the function of “Obtain IP address
automatically” is chosen or not?
Q: Why can’t I find the video recording files?
A: Please check whether the SD card is damaged? whether the date of the
searched file is valid? whether the time of the device system is correct?
