To reduce the likelihood of the circuit overload, DO NOT operate another high wattage appliance on the same circuit as this unit.

Always set the steam adjustment dial to the “Off” position before plugging or unplugging the appliance.

Any appliance is electrically live even when the switch is off. To reduce risk of electrical shock:
• Always unplug the power cord immediately after use.
• Do not place or store the unit where it can fall or be pulled into a sink or tub.
• Do not place in, or drop into water or other liquid.
• If the unit falls into water, immediately unplug the power cord. Do not reach into the water. -
Do not use the unit where aerosol-based products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.

Steam can cause injury or damage. Take care where steam is directed, especially when powering on the appliance and using steam on surfaces for the first time.

Burn can occur from touching hot metal parts, hot water, or steam. Do not touch the Steam Nozzle or attempt to connect accessories while the unit is in use.

Use caution when emptying the water tank after use, as the water in the unit may be hot.

It is not recommended that this unit be used on an unsealed floor. Use care when steaming floors that may be warped or damaged by heat and moisture, and limit the use of this unit on these types of surfaces.

Steaming unsealed floor surfaces such as hardwood is not recommended and may result in warping or damage to the surface.

Always allow the appliance to cool completely (at least 5 minutes) before storing. Follow instructions in the Cleaning & Care section of this user guide.

ASSEMBLY
Steam Nozzle
Align the steam nozzle with the head of the main unit, then rotate it until
the steam nozzle is firmly locked into position.
Attaching Accessories:
Firmly attach the desired accessory to the steam nozzle until it is locked in
place. Ensure the orientation of the elbow directs the steam downwards.
Installing
Extension Rod and Mop Head:
When cleaning high, reach places, or mopping the floor, the extension rod and
mop head should be used.
Extension Rod:
Align the extension rod with the nozzle on the main body, hold down the upper
release button, and gently rotate the extension rod until it ‘clicks’ firmly
in place.
Mop Head:
Align the extension rod with the mop head, hold down the lower release button,
and gently rotate the extension rod until it ‘clicks’ firmly in place.
Note: The mop head can also be connected directly to the main body.
Installing Microfibre Pad s:
- Lay the microfibre pad on a flat surface with the two fastener strips facing upward.
- Align the mop head above the microfiber pad. Ensure the mop head is oriented with the pads as shown below.
- The fastener strips will adhere to the grips on the bottom of the mop head.
OPERATION
Filling the Water Tank:
- Ensure the steam mop is turned off and unplugged from the outlet.
- Unscrew the water tank cap and use the measuring cup to fill the water tank with water. Do not overfill the water tank. Hold the main body level while filling.
- Replace the cap, ensuring it is pushed down firmly to create a tight seal.
Notes:
In order to significantly reduce mineral build-up and prolong the life of the
device, the use of distilled or de-mineralized water in the unit is highly
recommended.
Starting the Steam Mop
- Make sure the device has been filled with water before turning it on. Do not run dry.
- Plug the power cord into a power outlet and switch it on.
- Wait about 20 seconds until the middle indicator turns solid.
- Press the steam button to release steam.
- Press and hold the steam button for 2-3 seconds to turn off the steam.
Notes:
- The steam button is used to control steam levels and will not turn off the steam mop. Disconnect the cord from the power outlet after each use.
- Do not aim the steam at pets, plants, or any other electrical appliances during use to avoid burns or damage to the machine.
- Before storing the steam mop, remove the water tank before turning off the power and then let the product run for a while until there is no steam.
- Steam Cleaning
- Ensure your desired attachment is already connected to the unit.
- Connect the steam nozzle when steam cleaning to ensure the steam is more concentrated and effective.
- Press and hold the steam button for 2-3 seconds to turn off the steam.
- It is recommended to use the MAX level for steam cleaning function.
Mop Cleaning:

Whenever the steam mop has been used for an extended time or when the mop is too wet or dirty, it must be cut off before it can be replaced.
Note: When changing the mop attachments, be careful not to touch the steam mop outlet with your hands to avoid burns. -
It is recommended to use the middle level for the steam mop cleaning function.
Note:
Do not let the steam mop operate without water, doing so may cause damage to
the machine.
CLEANING & CARE
IMPORTANT: Allow the steamer to completely cool down before performing any maintenance or troubleshooting checks.
Maintenance:
This product contains no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to repair it
yourself. Any servicing that requires disassembly other than cleaning must be
performed by a qualified appliance repair technician.
Cleaning the Microfiber Pads:
- Machine washable on a “warm” setting using a mild detergent.
- For best results, lay flat to dry after cleaning.
- Do not use bleach or fabric softener when washing the microfibre cleaning pads.
Storage:
- After the steamer is used, turn the power off and then unplug the power cord.
- Clean the external surface with a dry cloth.
- Remove the cleaning pad and wash it so that it will be ready for next use.
- Store the product in a clean and dry area out of reach of children.

FAQ
The steam mop is not heating:
Check the steam mop is properly connected to the power outlet.
The machine does not emit steam:
- Check that the water tank has was enough water in it.
- Ensure the ball in the water tank is fully immersed in water
The machine leaked a lot of water:
The steam position is not set properly. Press the steam switch button to
adjust the steam level until it is not spraying water.
Note: We recommend using MAX level for steam cleaning function, connect
the steam jet to the nozzle on the main nozzle when steam cleaning, steam will
be more concentrated and powerful.
Note: We recommend using the middle level for the mop cleaning function.
It is normal to see water droplets due to the condensation caused by the steam
mop.
