Why is there a gap with clips clamps?
Hem structure design need the gap instead of quality problem, the heavier the
shelf kaded, the tighter the dip clamps; the clips clamps to support each wire
shelf as weight baded increased.
Note: Hit hard along the edges of the metal shelf with a rubber mallet it
is firmly fastened to the poles

Shock Absorber
The plastic caps are purely used as shock absorbers. which protect the metal
shelves during transit, they can be discarded once the shipping carton is
opened
