GENERAL SAFETY CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE USE

Read carefully and save for future

  1. Before using the device, read the instruction manual and follow the instructions contained in it. The manufacturer is not liable for damages caused by using the device contrary to its intended purpose or improper operation.

  2. The device is for home use only. Do not use for other purposes that are not for its intended purpose.

  3. The device should only be connected to a 220-240V ~50/60Hz grounded socket.
    To increase operational safety, multiple electrical devices should not be connected to one current circuit at the same time.

  4. Use extreme caution when using the device when children are nearby. Do not allow children to play with the device, do not allow children or people unfamiliar with the device to use it.

  5. WARNING: This equipment may be used by children over 8 years of age and people with limited physical, sensory or mental ability, or people who have no experience or knowledge of the equipment, if this is done under the supervision of a person responsible for their safety or have been granted them information on the safe use of the device and are aware of the dangers of using it. Children should not play with the equipment. Cleaning and maintenance of the device should not be performed by children, unless they are over 8 years old and these activities are carried out under supervision.

  6. Always disconnect the power plug by holding the socket with your hand after use. DO NOT pull on the power cord.

  7. Do not immerse the cable, plug and the whole device in water or any other liquid. Do not expose the device to atmospheric conditions (rain, etc.) or use in conditions of high humidity (bathrooms, damp mobile homes).

  8. Periodically check the condition of the power cord. If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by a specialist repair shop to avoid danger.

  9. Do not use the appliance with a damaged power cord or if it has been dropped or damaged in any other way or if it is not working properly. Do not repair the device yourself, as there is a risk of electric shock. Take the damaged device to an appropriate service center for checking or repair. All repairs may only be carried out by authorized service points. Incorrectly performed repairs can cause serious danger for the user.

  10. The appliance should be placed on a cool, even surface, away from hot kitchen appliances such as: electric stove, gas burner, etc.

  11. Do not use the device near flammable materials.

  12. The power cord may not hang over the edge of a table or touch hot surfaces.

  13. Do not leave the device switched on or the adapter unattended when unattended.

  14. To provide additional protection, it is advisable to install a residual current device (RCD) in the electric circuit with a rated residual current not exceeding 30 mA. Ask an electrician for this.

  15. The temperature of accessible surfaces of an operating device can be high. Do not touch the hot surfaces of the device.

  16. Due to the high temperature, care should be taken when removing ready meals, removing hot fat or other hot liquids. Hot steam may escape from the device.

  17. The device has a heating function. The device should be used with care. Touch surfaces intended for this purpose only. Use protective clothing (kitchen gloves, etc ..)

  18. Wait until the device cools down before storage.

  19. Do not place cardboard, paper, plastic or other flammable or fusible items in the device.

  20.  Do not put too large or full-sized portions into the device, as this may cause a fire and destroy the device.

  21. The power cord must not be laid above the equipment, and should not touch or lie near hot surfaces. Do not place the device under an electrical socket.

  22. Do not move or move the device during operation. After finishing work, they can only be moved after they have cooled down.

  23. Before and during use, make sure that the power cord is not stretched over an open flame or other heat source, and on sharp edges that can damage the insulation of the cord.

  24. Remove all packaging before first use. Warning! In the case of a housing with metal elements, a slightly visible protective film can be stretched over these elements, which must also be removed.

  25. NEVER cover the device during operation or when it has completely cooled down, remember that the heating elements of the device require time to cool down completely.

  26. CAUTION should be exercised if you use the device on surfaces sensitive to high temperatures. It is recommended to use insulation pads

  27. The device cannot be used with external time switches or other separate remote control systems.

SPECIFIC SAFETY CONDITIONS

  1. Always place the grill at a safe distance from flammable objects.
  2. Never touch the metal parts of the grill when the appliance is plugged in!
  3. Pay special attention to hot or sharp parts of the grill. It is recommended to use protective gloves when preparing food.
  4. When using the electric grill, never use flammable substances (charcoal, kindling, solvents, etc.) to raise the temperature.
  5. Always fill the water tank with water before grilling so that its level is between the “min” and “max” indicators.
  6. Do not allow the water level to fall below the “min” indicator. In this case, add water, being careful not to let the water come into contact with the heater.
  7. Before turning the grill on, make sure that the heater is correctly installed. Never operate the heater if it is disconnected from the grill body.
  8. Never cover the switched-on grill with aluminum foil, dishes, etc. It may overheat the device.
  9. Take special care when grilling foods with high humidity or high fat content – they may ignite.

DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE (Fig. 1)

The stand is included only in the CR 6612 grill.

ASSEMBLY

Assemble the grill rack CR 6612 according to the diagram (Fig. 2).

  1. Place the heater (1b) with thermostat (1d) on the grill body (1e).
  2. Place the grill (1a) on the grill body (1e).

USING THE APPLIANCE

Before first use:

  1. Clean the grill and all accessories thoroughly.
  2. Assemble the grill according to the INSTALLATION point.
  3. Fill the water tank to the “max” level (Fig. 3).
  4. Start the grill. Do not put anything on the rack. Set the thermostat knob to medium temperature. Leave under supervision for 20 minutes. During this time, smoke and the smell of burning heaters may come out from the grill – ensure good ventilation.

BBQ:

  1. Fill the water tank to the “max” level (Fig. 3).
  2. Turn on the electric grill.
  3. Turn the thermostat knob to the “max” position. The indicator light will come on to indicate the heater is working.
  4. After about 5-10 minutes, the heater will reach the right temperature to start grilling. Put food on the rack. Turn down the temperature knob
  5. You can adjust the grilling temperature by turning the thermostat knob. Depending on the set temperature, the heater and indicator light will turn on and off.
  6. The grill can also keep the previously prepared food warm – set the thermostat knob to the closest to the minimum.
  7. During grilling, water from the tank evaporates. Check the water level regularly so that it is not less than the “min” level. Be careful not to wet the heater when topping up.
  8. When you finish grilling, set the thermostat to position “0” and remove the plug from the socket.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Before cleaning, make sure the grill has cooled down. Make sure the power plug is unplugged from the outlet.
  2. Disconnect the heater and control panel from the grill body. Never immerse the heater and control panel in water.
  3. Wipe the heater only with a dry cloth.
  4. Clean the grill and grill body in water with the addition of dishwashing liquid. Dry. Do not use strong detergents or sharp cloths.
