SAFETY CONDITIONS. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS ON SAFETY OF USE
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
The warranty conditions are different if the device is used for commercial purpose.

  1.  Before using the product please read carefully and always comply with the following instructions. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damages due to any misuse.

  2.  The product is only to be used indoors. Do not use the product for any purpose that is not compatible with its application.

  3.  The applicable voltage is 230V ~50Hz. For safety reasons, it is not appropriate to connect multiple devices to one power outlet.

  4.  Please be cautious when using around children. Do not let the children play with the product. Do not let children or people who do not know the device use it without
    supervision.

  5. WARNING: This device may be used by children over 8 years of age and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons without experience or
    knowledge of the device, only under the supervision of a person responsible for their safety, or if they were instructed on the safe use of the device and are aware of the
    dangers associated with its operation. Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance of the device should not be carried out by children unless
    they are over 8 years of age and these activities are carried out under supervision.

  6.  After you are finished using the product always remember to gently remove the plug from the power outlet holding the outlet with your hand. Never pull the power cable!!!

  7.  Never leave the product connected to the power source without supervision. Even when use is interrupted for a short time, turn it off from the network, unplug the power.

  8.  Never put the power cable, the plug, or the whole device into the water. Never expose the product to atmospheric conditions such as direct sunlight or rain, etc.. Never
    use the product in humid conditions.

  9.  Periodically check the power cable condition. If the power cable is damaged the product should be turned to a professional service location to be replaced in order to avoid
    hazardous situations.

  10. Never use the product with a damaged power cable or if it was dropped or damaged in any other way or if it does not work properly. Do not try to repair the defective product yourself because it can lead to electric shock. Always turn the damaged device to a professional service location in order to repair it. All the repairs can be done only by authorized service professionals. The repair that was done incorrectly can cause hazardous situations for the user.

  11.  Never put the product on or close to the hot or warm surfaces or the kitchen appliances like the electric oven or gas burner.

  12.  Never use the product close to combustibles.

  13. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the counter.

  14.  Do not immerse the motor unit in water.

  15.  Always operate the grinder with the safety lid securely in place. Keep hands and objects out of the coffee hopper while grinding and when the appliance is plugged in.
    Make sure there are no foreign bodies in the beans before you start grinding.

  16.  Do not use the appliance when it is empty.

Before first use:

Before using the coffee grinder, wipe the housing and Coffee bean box with a clean damp cloth. Wash the coffee powder jar and the coffee powder jar lid in warm soapy water, then rinse and dry. Do not use it when any of the parts are wet.
Setup:
Installing the bean box:

1. Make sure the coffee grinder is unplugged.
2. Hold down the Coffee bean box release lever located on the other side of the device with the OPEN LOCK icon on the body of the
device and then locate the triangle icon on the bean box (Pic 2) line the two up and push down.
3. Then rotate the bean box clockwise until the release button clicks and the closed lock icon is lined up with the triangle on the main body. (pic 3)

Removing the bean box:

1. First remove the beans from the box.
2. Use the attached brush and remove any remaining beans from the burr inside of the bean box. (pic. 4)
3. Press the release button on the side of the main body. The bean box should jerk to the side and the bean box will be released.
4. Pull on the box upwards to take it out of the coffee fineness ring.

Setting coffee grind size:

1. Fit the coffee powder jar and its lid in their correct positions. Check that the assembly is correctly positioned in the body.
2. Open the lid of the coffee bean box and fill the coffee bean box with desired whole coffee beans. Close the lid, you can now adjust the coffee grind size.
3. Your coffee grinder has 31 grind size options. To adjust the grind size, rotate the coffee bean box and adjust from fine to coarse depending of the type of coffee you are brewing. (pic. 5)

WARNING: DO NOT ADJUST THE GRINDING DURING OPERATION. IT WILL AFFECT THE COFFEE GROUND COARSENESS AND CAN DAMAGE THE DEVICE. FOR BEST RESULTS PLEASE CONSULT THE TABLE ON PAGE 3 OF THE MANUAL (Pic. 7)
A. CEZVE – FINE COFFEE, SETTING: 1-2
B. ESPRESSO – MIDDLE FINE, SETTING: 3-5
C. SIPHON – MIDDLE, SETTING: 6-10
D. DRIP COFFEE – MIDDLE, SETTING: 11-20
E. POUR OVER – MIDDLE COARSE, SETTING: 17-25
F. FRENCH PRESS – COARSE, SETTING: 26-31

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS:
WARNING: Before starting the operation make sure the coffee powder jar (M) is in place and has a lid on it.
1. This unit has 3 buttons (6B:1,2,3) to control on the control panel(6A) : 6B,1: Cups – control between 1 – 10 cups of ground coffee. Pressing the button will add 1 cup each press. After 10 the counter will return to 1. 6B,2: Timer – control between 1- 25 seconds of operation. Pressing the button will add 1 second each press. After 25 the counter will
return to 1. 6B,3: Start / Stop-Start or stop the operation.
2. Press the desired amount of cups or time( 6B,1 or 6B,2) and then press the Start / Stop button (6B,3) to start or cancel the operation.
BURR CLEANING
For cleaning please consult the pictures on page 4 of the manual.
Regular cleaning helps achieve consistent grinding results. Clean every 5 uses.

  1.  Unlock Bean Box
  2. Remove Beans
  3.  Lock Bean Box
  4.  Run Grinder Until Empty
  5.  Remove Bean Box
  6.  Remove Upper Burr
  7.  Clean Upper Burr with Cleaning Brush
  8. Clean Lower Burr with Cleaning Brush
  9.  Clean Grind Outlet with Brush
  10.  Push Upper Burr Firmly into Position
  11.  Lock Upper Burr
  12.  Align Bean Box into Position
  13. Lock Bean Box

Maintenance:
To keep all your coffee`s aroma and to avoid degradation of the ground coffee, empty the ground coffee container after each use.
Always unplug from the power outlet before cleaning.
Never place the grinder, power supply cord, or plug in water or under running water.
Do not use strong detergents or abrasive pads to clean the appliance.
Clean the lids and the ground coffee holder in warm, soapy water.

Troubleshooting

ERROR Code:
E1
Trouble description: No bean holder or bean holder is not connected tightly.
Trouble solution: Assembly the bean holder or tighten the bean holder until the microswitch is closed, once the bean holder is closed
then error code E1 on the display disappears.
E2
Trouble Description: Total operating is 5 cycles, it powers off automatically to protect the unit
Trouble solution: Unplug the power cord, wait for it to cool down, then restart. OR
Trouble Description: Motor is overheating.
Trouble solution: Waiting for motor cooling down over 30 minutes and restart.
