THERMASERVTM HEATED DISPENSER
MODEL TSV
The ThermaServTM heated dispenser includes pouch support and pump assembly.
-
Plug-in unit. The screen will show the current temperature (top) and setpoint (bottom) as the unit heats.

Open the access door and pull out the pouch support.

Caution: If the unit has been running, the pouch support will be hot to the touch, and oven mitts should be worn.

Push the pouch plow back to the engaged position. You will hear a “snap” when support is engaged.

Push pump connector into the pouch until it snaps into
-
The connector and fitment should be flush. The motor shaft opening of the pump should be facing the long end of the pouch.

Place the pump and pouch into the pouch support and guide the pump through the opening.

Squeeze all food products toward the pump.

Fold excess pouch over and lay the pouch flat in the pouch support.

If desired, place reserve Slide loaded pouch in the unit to heat.

Slide loaded pouch support into the unit.
-
Place pump over the motor shaft and ‘snap’ it into place.

Close access door.
-
If needed, press menu, enter access code, and select setting to adjust temperature settings, portion sizes, etc.

Dispense cheese until the pouch is empty.

When the pouch is empty, open the access door and unsnap the pump from the motor shaft.

Slide pouch supports out and pushes the plow back into the engaged position.

Caution: The pouch support will be hot. Wear oven mitts.

Guide the pump through the opening and remove the pouch from the pouch support.

Pierce a new pouch and follow previous steps to reload a pouch.
WARNING – Electrical shock could occur
- Electrical components of the unit could be damaged from water exposure.
- Never immerse the unit into water or any liquid or use any water jet or pressure sprayer on the unit.
- Ensure the unit is “OFF” and unplugged before cleaning.
- Allow cooling before cleaning.
CLEAN
- Before First use and after use daily. Ensure unit is “OFF” and unplugged
- Hand washes only with dishwashing soap and hot water. Do NOT immerse the unit in water.
- Do NOT use abrasive brushes or pads or cleaning products containing acids, alkalines, chlorine, or salt.
Accessing Menu
- Press the menu button. A PIN screen will appear.
- Hit the plus sign until you reach your target number.
- Press the checkmark to advance to the next space.
- Repeat steps two and three until your PIN is complete.
- Use the plus and minus buttons to navigate within the menu.
- Press the checkmark to select.
- Use the plus and minus buttons to adjust settings, and press the checkmark to accept.
- Use the back arrow or menu button to return to the main menu.
Cleaning Quick Start Guide
- Fully disassemble the pump.
- Using soapy water and the supplied cleaning brushes, clean all pump parts. Be sure to fully clean the inside and outside of all parts.
- Submerge pump parts into Quat sanitizer solution for at least 60 seconds.
- Allow parts to air dry.
- Insert the impeller into the pump housing.
- Place the cover over the impeller. Align the grooves in the cover to the grooves in the housing and twist tightly into the locked position to secure.
- Attach the reducer fitting to one end of the housing and twist tightly to secure.
- Attach the pouch fitting to the opposite end of the housing as the reducer fitting and twist tightly to secure.
