ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING : For your own safety, never connect plug to power source outlet
until all assembly steps are complete and you have read and understood the
safety and operation instructions.
Do not operate the vacuum with any parts damaged or missing.
INSTALLING THE CASTERS

Turn canister over (upside down) so the black base is now on top.

Locate the small diameter hole in a corner of the base and insert the caster stem into the hole. Using firm and steady pressure, press the caster downward until it will go no further. See figure 1.

Insert the wheel into the canister bottom as shown in figure 2.

Repeat the last step, installing a caster in each of the remaining 2 corners of the vacuum base.
INSTALLING THE FILTER, MOTOR AND HOSE

Loosen the clasp and then take the head out of the container.

Lower the fire prevention filter bag into the metal canister, rubber gasket at the top. See figure 3.

Secure the motor housing in place by locking down the clamps. See figure 4.

Insert the aluminum tube into the hose, then insert the other end of the hose into the air inlet. See figure 5.

Turning the nozzle clockwise while pushing it into the hose end will help to securely seat the metal nozzle. See figure 6.
INSTALLATION OF BLOW FUNCTION
- Put the aluminum tube into the blower port and tighten. See figure 7.
ACCESSORY STORAGE

Slide the narrow end of an extension tube into the Floor/Carpet Brush. Now slide the open extension tube end over one the rings located above casters to store as shown in Figure 8.

Slide the other accessories over the remaining rings for storage.
ON/OFF SWITCH
After plugging the power cord into an outlet, the unit is turned on by pushing the switch from position “O” to position “I” . The symbols used on the toggle switch are international “On & Off’ symbols. “O” is the symbol for “OFF” and “I” is the symbol for “ON” .

MAINTENANCE
WARNING: Always disconnect the plug from the power outlet before performing
all maintenance procedures and when removing the motor housing.
All cleaning and maintenance procedures should not be done indoors in or near
living areas.
CLEANING THE CANISTER AND FILTER
- Unplug the vacuum from the power outlet.
- Remove the hose from the vacuum port by rotating the hose coupling counter-clock wise.
- Unclamp the motor housing and remove it from top of the canister.
Filter Cleaning
- To minimize airborne dust, tap the inside of the filter bag with your fingertips to knock collected dust into the canister.
- Remove the filter bag from the canister and remove remaining dust by tapping the filter’s interior or lightly brushing off the outside of the bag.
- NOTE: If necessary, the filter may be hand washed with cool water & mild detergent, then gently hand wring to remove excess water and set aside to air dry. Be sure the filter is dry before use.DO NOT machine wash/dry the filter!
- NOTE: Do not use compressed air to clean the filter.
Canister Cleaning
- Dump the cold ash from the canister into an appropriate disposable container such as a plastic or paper trash bag.
- To remove ash clinging to the canister interior, light wipe off the dust with paper towels or cloth rag. If necessary, a slightly moist towel or rag may be used to wipe off the canister interior & exterior.
Precautions
- Place the filter in a well-ventilated place to dry naturally for storage and next use.
- Remove moisture and dry thorou ghly. (Prevent odour or clogging)
- Do not dry with hot air such as a hair dryer (to prevent deformation and malfunction)
- Prohibit the use of detergents, bleach, dilution, alcohol, etc. (to avoid cracks, discoloration)
- Assemble the machine back to pre-use status. Buckle the barrel buckle properly placed.
- Store away from intense sunlight and heat to prevent plastic deformation.

PRECAUTIONS
Extension of Service Life

Do not use any other equipment to remove dust harmful to health.

Do not touch live parts in the device.

Do not use equipment for non-set purpose.

It is normal for the motor to generate heat after using for a long time.
It is recommended that after four or five consecutive uses,let the ash collection bucket rest for a while before continuing to use. -
Long-term use may cause clogging and weak suction. You can use the equipped brush to clean the ash adsorbed on the filter bag and continue to use it.

Do not block the air inlet, lest the temperature rise and damage the motor, feel the suction is very weak. Stop to clean up the filter to avoid motor damage.

Please use only accessories and spare parts provided by the manufacturer or its authorized service agent.

Do not vacuum ash over 40°C of temperature, and do not vacuum ash and other objects that are not completely extinguished.

When the flame is not die out, don’t vacuum the dust.

Do not use the device if the filter is not installed! Do not use other filters except the filter (fire defense filter) attached to the equipment by the manufacturer.

Before and after vacuuming, clean and empty the ash vacuum cleaner to avoid collecting materials that may cause fire in the ash vacuum cleaner.

Do not use to vacuum refine dust. (Class M dust).

Ash produced using only acceptable fuel.

Do not vacuum any flammable substances.
