Cautions
When using, do not make it face to the speaker, keep distance with guitar in order to avoid acoustic feedback even a howling problem. If a howling problem happens, try to turn down the speaker.

FQA

  1. Q: The device cannot be turned on and cannot work normally.
    A: If the device is not used for a long time, or the battery is not charged in time, the battery enters the protection mode due to low power, you need to charge it and activate the battery.

  2. Q: The device can be turned on, but cannot run, and there is no sound at all.
    Answer: Please check if the status indicator is always on. If the LED flashes, you need to pair the transmitter and receiver.

  3. Q: Strange noise while in use.
    A: There is strong electromagnetic interference, or the transmission distance is too long, so most of the communication data is lost. Please minimize the transmission distance.

  4. Q: The device cannot be charged normally.
    Answer: If the lithium battery is in a low battery state for a long time, it will enter a protection state, so you need to charge for more than 10 minutes to activate the battery.

  5. Q: Can this wireless transceiver receive multiple receivers from one transmitter?
    Answer: Yes. When pairing, first put all receivers into the pairing state, and then put the transmitter into the pairing state. After pairing is complete, you can use one transmitter with multiple receivers.
