Grilling tips

  1.  For best results, marinate the food to be grilled in oil, vinegar and spices overnight.
  2.  Handle the meat with grill tongs or grill spatula. Do not prick the meat, this will make it drier. Sharp utensils can also damage the nonstick coating.
  3.  Turn over the food during the grilling to avoid burning the surface. Do not turn over too often, this will make the food drier.
  4. Do not overcook, this will only make the food drier.
  5. If food sticks to the grill plate, rub the plate with kitchen paper dipped in cooking oil. Never use metal utensils to remove residual scraps of food.
