CONNECTING THE GAS CYLINDER
WARNING!

  • Before connecting the gas cylinder, check that the coupling, regulator, burner and burner parts are in good
  • If the hose is replaced it must be secured on the grill and the regulator connections with hose clips. Disconnect the regulator from the gas cylinder when the gas grill is not in
  • Follow the instructions supplied with the regulator.

CONNECTING THE GAS CYLINDER

NOTE: Gas cylinder and regulator sold separately.

LEAKAGE TEST

  1. Mix 1 part of washing-up liquid/soap with 3 parts of water.
  2. Check that the control knob is in the OFF position.
  3. Connect the gas cylinder to the regulator, the regulator to the hose, and the hose to the Screw tight and open the gas valve.

MAINTENANCE

Maintenance is recommended every 90 days for your boiling burner for outdoor use, but it is absolutely necessary to perform maintenance at least once a year. By doing so, you will extend the life of your boiling burner for outdoor use. Your boiling burner for outdoor use is easy to clean with minimum effort, just follow these helpful hints for cleaning convenience:

  • Cleaning and maintenance should be carried out after use when the product has cooled and when the gas supply from the gas cylinder is turned off.
  • Do not use aggressive detergents or oven cleaners on enamelled surfaces. Wash with a mild, non-abrasive detergent and hot soapy Wipe dry with a soft cloth.

STORAGE

  • Your gas cylinder must be stored outdoors in a well ventilated area and must be disconnected from your boiling burner for outdoor use when not in Ensure that you are outdoors and away from any sources of ignition before attempting to disconnect your gas cylinder from your boiling burner for outdoor use.

REFITTING THE BURNER

When refitting the burner, be careful to check that the venture tubes of the burner fit over the valve outlets. It is extremely important to center the burner on the orifice properly to prevent a fire hazard or explosion. When properly installed, all screws holding the burner in place will be able to screw in without force.

If the refit of the burner fails, please contact service center, and do not repair yourself.
After successfully refitting all burners, the leakage test should be performed. Please see “ LEAKAGE TEST SECTION”.
After leakage test, the light test should be also performed. Please see “LIGHTING SECTION”. Please note the burner lighting test should be done burner by burner.

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE ACTION
