Ensure you have read and fully understand the instructions for this device. Failure to do so could cause damage or serious harm
- When you start training with this product. please consider your physical condition, train properly and regularly to ensure that you have enough physical strength to train. Wrong or excessive training will not help your health.
- This product is not suitable for children. Children can use the product. but only under the supervision of adults. The device is not a toy.
- Only people who have a good understanding of the product and are very healthy should use the device.
- This product is suitable for home use, not suitable for professional training and testing, or medical purposes. If the power line is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified service person in order to avoid danger.
- Please check all parts before use. And make sure the screws and nuts are tightened.
- When running on a treadmill, wear comfortable tight clothes to avoid clothes being caught by the machine. Do not let children or pets to play around the treadmill to avoid accidents.
- Place the treadmill on a smooth, clean, level surface. Make sure there are no sharp objects nearby. Do not use it near water and heat sources.
- Please keep your hands away from all moving parts. Do not place your hands and feet in the gap below the running belt.
- The treadmill must have only one user at a time •
- Make sure the screws and bolts are tightened after the tread mill is assembled .
- If the product is not in use, put the machine in a safe place to prevent the danger caused by children and those who are not suitable for using the treadmill
- When in an emergency, quickly pull down the safety switch and step on the left and right side of the treadmill
- Place the treadmill well before use, the side of the left and right handrails needs one meter safety distance, the back needs two metres. There should be no obstacles in the safe distance.
- Please use the accessories provided by the original manufacturer and it is strictly forbidden to change it privately.
- The product is a HC grade product with a maximum user weight of l00kgs.
- The running belt on this treadmill has a visible joint mark. This is completely normal and will not affect the performance or operation of your treadmill
Important Notes

Place the treadmill in a place where the plug can be plugged into the socket .

Plug the device into a socket and ensure it is not loose .

Ensure the socket has been installed professionally .

If the plug and socket are not compatible, please do not change the plug by yourself. Ask an electrician to handle it.

Please use a supply voltage of 240V .

Please do not let the power cord touch the running belt roller, and do not use a damaged plug.

Unplug the plug from the socket before cleaning and maintenance .
WARNING: if the plug is not pulled out, it may lead to personal injury and equipment damage. -
Please check each part carefully before use .

Please do not use this product outdoors, in high humidity and in the sun . Please turn off the machine and remove the plug when you leave

Function Buttons & Display Remote Control:
ASSEMBLY
Step1:
- Ensure the handrail is firmly locked in place.
- Lift the rear of the treadmill until the transport wheels come into contact with the floor.
- Move the treadmill into your desired location. Avoid placing the treadmill on soft cushions or thick carpets.
Step2:
- Loosen the handrail Locks on both sides of the treadmill
- Raise the handrail up into a vertical position.
- lighten both the handrail locks.
Step3:
- Carefully unfold the treodmill ensuring to keep your hands clear of the hinges.
- Press the rear of the treadmill down until it is completely flat.
- The treadmill feet can be rotated to ensure the treadmill is sitting perfectly flat.
Step4:
- Unlock the handrail adjustment levers and raise the handrail to your desired height paying attention to the minimum and maximum adjustment markings.
- Lock the handrail adjustment lever back in place.
Step 5:
- Install the safety key.
- Connect the power cord to the treadmill power input.
- Plug the power cord into a power outlet and turn power switch to the on position.
Step6:
- Download and install the “KS Fit” App from App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Open the App and follow the prompts to connect to your treadmill.
OPERATION
Walking
In this configuration the handrail is placed in a horizontal position. The
first time using the treadmill in this configuration the maximum speed
available will be Limited to 3km/h.
A maximum speed of 6km/h can be unlocked by completing one of the following
methods:
- completing the beginner guide on the “KS Fit” app.
- walking on the treadmill for l km.
- setting the speed to 6km/h in the “KS Fit” app.
When the treadmill is setup for walking, both Manual and Automatic modes ore available.
Running
In this configuration the handrail is placed in a vertical position. The
maximum speed available will increase to 10km/h.
When the treadmill is setup for running, only Manual mode will be available.
Turning the treadmill On
and Off
- Press the Power button on the treadmill or the Mode button on the remote control to turn the treadmill on. The display will illuminate and the treadmill will enter Manual mode by default.
- The user can also power on the treadmill by pressing either the Manual or Automatic buttons. The display will illuminate and the treadmill will enter the respective function.
- To turn off the treadmill press the power button on treadmill or press and hold the Mode button on the remote control
Manual Mode
In Manual mode users can use the remote control to adjust the speed of the
treadmill to suit their needs. It is recommended to stort with Manual mode
when you are first getting used to your treadmill
- Increase speed: When the user enters the front zone of the treadmill belt the treadmill speed will increase.
- Decrease speed: When the user enters the rear zone of the treadmill belt the treadmill speed will decrease.
- Start/Stop button: Press the Start/Stop button on the remote control ta stop treadmill Press the button again when you are ready ta resume exercising.
- Mode button: Press the Mode button on the remote control to switch between Manual and Automatic mode.
Display
Functions and Features:
- TIME: Shows your elapsed workout time in minutes and seconds
- DISTANCE: Displays the accumulative distance travelled during your workout.
- SPEED: Displays your workout speed value in km/h.
- STEPS: Displays the accumulative steps travelled during your workout.
- CALORIES: Displays calories burned at any given time during your workout.
CLEANING & CARE
CLEANING THE TREADMILL
- Disconnect the power before cleaning the treadmill
- Add a small amount of mild detergent to a 100% cotton cloth. Do not spray the detergent directly on the belt or use any acidic and corrosive detergents
- • Do not wipe under the walking belt
BELT ADJUSTMENT CORRECTION
If the treadmill belt begins to slip or is out of alignment it will need to adjusted.
- Start the treadmill and run at a speedof3 km/h
- To adjust belt to the left. tum the left: adjusting hole screw clockwise by 114 tum.
- To adjust belt to the right, tum the right adjusting hole screw clockwise by 114 turn.
- To adjust belt tension, turn the left: and right adjusting screws clockwise for 1/2 tum at the same time.
- After each adjustment:. run the treadmill for approximately (1-2 minutes) to observe if the issue has been correc1Ed. Adjust again if necessary.
BELT LUBRICATION
- Lift the edge of the walking belt and apply 5-lOml of silicone oil to the inner S1Jrface. Do not apply too much oil a. this may CQUSIJ the belt to slip.
- Run the treadmill at 3kmlh for approximately 10-20 seconds.
- Lubricate the belt every 3 months.
TROUBLESHOOTING
NOTE
The visible Une or mark on the belt is the seam. This is not a fault and does
not affect operation of the treadmill
Remote Control Pairing
If the remote control becomes unresponsive or if you have replaced the
batteries, you will need to re-pair the remote control by pressing and holding
the mode button for 5 seconds .
NOTE
If the remote control ls not responding, the battery may be flat and will need
to be replaced.
