**** WARNING

Failure to follow these warnings and assembly instructions could result in serious injury or death. To prevent children from falling or being strangled in straps:

  • Use the product only if your child meets all the following conditions:
    o Cannot sit up by himself or herself.
    o Is not an active child who may be able to climb out of the seat.
    o Is less than 6 months old and weighs less than 20 lbs. (9 kg)

  • Never leave a child unattended.

  • Do not use this product if your child is able to sit up unaided.

  • Do not let children play with this product.

  • Always use the restraint system.

  • This product is not intended for carrying a baby.

  • Never move or lift the product while a child is in the seat.

  • Never lift the swing using the toy bar or harness as a handle.

  • Never attach any additional strings or straps to the product or toy bar.

  • FALL HAZARD: Never place the swing on countertops, tables, on or near steps or on any other elevated surfaces.

  • Always use on a flat, stable floor.

IMPORTANT

  • This product needs to be assembled by an adult and always used under adult supervision.
  • Swinging speed should be checked and tested before using with a child to gain an understanding of each setting’s intensity.
  • Care should be taken in unpacking and assembly.
  • Examine products frequently for damaged, missing, or loose parts.
  • Do not use if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken.

  • This product is not intended for prolonged periods of sleeping. This product should not replace a cot or bed. Should your child need to sleep, it should be placed in a suitable cot or bed.

To Prevent Serious Injury or Death:

  • Use only in reclined position until your child can hold head unassisted. Young infants have limited head and neck control. If the swing is too upright, the infant’s head can drop forward, compress the airway, and result in death.
  • Never use as an infant carrier for automobile or airline travel.
  • To avoid injury, ensure that children are kept away when unfolding and folding this product.
  • Do not allow children to play with this product.
  • Be aware of the risk of the open fire and other sources of strong heat, such as electric bar fires, gas fires, etc. Near the product.
  • This product is not intended for prolonged periods of sleeping. This product does not replace a cot or a bed. Should your child need to sleep, then it should be placed in a suitable cot or bed.

  • Do not place the swing near windows or walls, to prevent your child from affecting the stability of the swing making it topple over, by pushing against the wall.
  • When not in use, remove the batteries and store them safely away from children.
  • SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Never use on a soft surface (bed, sofa, cushion), as the seat may tip over and cause suffocation.

For Safe Battery Use:

  • Keep the batteries out of children’s reach.

  • Do not mix old and new batteries.

  • Do not mix alkaline, standard, or rechargeable batteries.

  • Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.

  • Install the batteries so that the polarity of each one matches the markings in the battery compartment.

  • Do not short-circuit the batteries.

  • Do not store batteries in areas that have extreme temperatures (such as garages, or automobiles).

  • Remove exhausted batteries from the battery compartment.

  • Never attempt to recharge a battery unless it is specifically marked “rechargeable.”

  • Rechargeable batteries are to be removed before being charged.

  • Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.

  • Do not use rechargeable alkaline batteries in a Ni-Cad or Ni-MH battery charger.

  • Ensure batteries are disposed of in accordance with your local environmental authorities.

  • Always remove batteries before putting the swing into storage for an extended period.

  • Weak batteries cause erratic product operation, including distorted sound, dimming or failed lights, and slow or non-working motorized parts. Because each electrical component requires a different operating voltage, replace the batteries when any function fails to operate.

  • Do not dispose of product or batteries in fire, batteries may explode or leak.

  • Only the recommended batteries (voltage and size) or equivalent are to be used.

  • Any battery may leak battery acid if mixed with a different battery type if inserted incorrectly (put in backward) or if all batteries are not replaced or recharged at the same time. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard(carbon-zinc) or rechargeable(nickel-cadmium) batteries.

  • Any battery may leak battery acid or explode if disposed of in fire or an attempt is made to charge a battery not intended to be recharged.

  • Never recharge a battery of one type in a recharger made for another type of battery.

  • Dispose of leaky batteries immediately. Leaky batteries can cause skin burns or another personal injury.

  • Always remove batteries if the product is not going to be used for a month or more.
    Batteries left in the unit may leak and cause damage.

  • Recommended type batteries-alkaline disposables, size AA (LR6-1.5V). Never mix battery types. Change batteries when the product ceases to operate satisfactorily.

WARNING – KEEP BATTERIES OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN

  • Swallowing may lead to serious injury or death in as little as 2 hours, due to chemical burns and potential perforation of the esophagus.
  • If you suspect your child has swallowed or inserted a button battery immediately call the 24-hour Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 (Australia) or 0800 764 766 (New Zealand) for fast. expert advice.
  • Examine devices and make sure the battery compartment is correctly secured. e.g. that the screw or other mechanical fastener is tightened. Do not use if the compartment is not secure.
  • Dispose of used button batteries immediately and safely. Flat batteries can still be dangerous.
  • Tell others about the risk associated with button batteries and how to keep their children safe.

ASSEMBLY

Step 1: Remove the left and right motor assemblies then open the two legs until a “click” is heard.

Step 2: Attach both footrest tubes to the left and right motor assemblies until a “click” is heard.
Note: Pay attention to the orientation of motor assemblies, as shown below.

Step 3: Attach the left & right seat frames together until a “click” is heard.

Step 4: Attach the seat pad to the assembled seat frame ensuring it is securely in place.

Step 5:

  • Attach the assembled seat frame to motor assemblies until a “click” is heard.
  • Install the toy bar and toys by inserting both ends of the toy bar into the support hole at either side of the seat frame.
  • To release the toy bar, press the two release buttons at the end of the toy bar and pull away from the seat frame.

OPERATION

Battery Installation
Remote control:

  • Slide out the remote control battery tray and insert a CR2025 button battery (not supplied) into the tray. Pay close attention to the orientation of the polarity symbols.
  • Replace the battery tray.

Control panel:

  • Release the Philips head screw and remove the battery compartment cover.

  • Install four (4) AA batteries into the battery compartment. Pay close attention to
    the orientation of the polarity symbols.

  • Replace the battery

Power

  • Connect the power adaptor to the motor assembly power input.
  • Connect the power adaptor plug into a power socket.

Button Functions

Button Description
Power Turns the swing on and off
Speed Remote control
Control panel Cycles through the five-speed settings
Timer Remote control
Control panel Cycles through the three timer options
Music Cycles through the 9 different melodies
Nature sounds Cycles through the five different nature sounds

ADJUSTMENTS

Press the two buttons on the sides of the toy bar simultaneously to adjust the position of the toy bar. There are two positions available.

Folding:
To fold the swing frame, press the buttons in the front and back sides of the swing frame.

Swing Lock:
Press the lock button to stop the sear from swinging. If you want to resume swinging, just release the lock button.

Safety Belt:

  • Use the two shoulder straps to secure your child in position.
  • Carefully attach the side to the central buckle.
  • Adjust the safety harnesses belts so your child is securely in place as shown below.

WARNING: Ensure your child’s fingers are kept away when fastening the buckles. Always use the restraint system.

CLEANING & CARE

Maintenance

  • This product requires regular maintenance to keep it in good working order.
  • Regularly check all parts of the product to ensure that they are operating correctly and for signs of wear or damage.

Cleaning

  • Refer to the care label on the product for cleaning instructions for fabrics.
  • Clean metal or plastic components with mild detergent and warm water.
  • Never use abrasive, ammonia-based, bleach-based, or spirit-type cleaners.
  • Ensure the product is fully dry before use or storage.
