Overview
Choose Your Eartips
Please try medium ear tips first as they fit most people.
How to Pair
First time pairing:
- Pick up both earbuds, pop them back into the case to activate them.
- Pick them up again.
- On cellphone, search for QCY-HTO1C and tap to connect.
*Once paired earbuds will auto power on upon picking up from the case. If earbuds fail to auto power on, please charge them and try again.
Switch paired device:
- Turn off phoneA’s Bluetooth faculty and earbuds will auto disconnect and enter into pairing mode.
- On phoneB, search for QCY-HTO1Cand tap to connect.
- Multi-point connection is not available. Earbuds will auto-reconnect to phoneB upon powering up again.
Factory Setting
Delete pairing records
(please try the following steps if earbuds fail to connect)
- On cellphone, delete the connectivity records of QCY-HTOIC.
- Power off earbuds, hold MFBs for 8s or until LEDs blink red and white 3 times to set earbuds to factory.
- After factory setting, please refer How to Pair to build connection with cellphone.
How to Wear
- Rotate earbud and pop it into your ear then shake head to check wearing stability.
- Please adjust mic towards your mouth to gain better calling experience.
Three-way calling and switch
Double press MFB to answer incoming call. If another call is coming in sync,
double press MFB to put the first call on hold while activating the second
call or hold MFB to ignore the second call. Hold MFB for 1.5s to switch
between held call and active call.
Mono Mode
- Power off earbuds(they were paired with each other before), keep touching MFB on either earbud for 5s to enter pairing mode(LED blinks white).
- On cellphone, search for QCY-HTOIC and tap to connect.
Charging earbud
Push earbuds into case and earbuds will auto get charged. LEDs will glow solid
red when charging and turn white for 1 minute once topped up.
Charging case
Please charge the case via USB cable. Two LEDs blink white when charging. Two
LEDs glow solid white once topped up.
LEDs on charging case
Open or close lid, left LED on case breathes white if the case can only offer
one top-up, the left LEDglows white if the case can offer two top-ups and two
LEDs glow solid white if the case can offer more than two top-ups.

Tips
- Before using the headset, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
- The headset needs to be fully charged prior to first-time use.
- If the headset is left unused for over two weeks, please recharge it periodically.
- Please use the chargers made by a qualified manufacturer.
- If the headset cannot be found by your phone, please check whether it is in pairing mode; if left unconnected for a long while, the headset will exit pairing mode, please re-enter the mode; if a procedure error of your phone occurs, reboot it; if a procedure error of the headset occurs, reboot or reset it.
Caveats
- Never disassemble or modify your headset for any reason to avoid any damage and danger.
- Do not store the headset in extreme temperatures (under 0°C or over 45°C).
- Avoid using the indicator close to the eyes of children or animals.
- Do not use this headset during a thunderstorm to avoid irregular function and increased risk of electric shock.
- Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean the headset.
- Keep the headset dry.
